I'm not coming back in since I'm desperately afraid of spoilers but I came in to say that I haven't ever seen Sayid do an interview yet and the fact that he has a British accent floored me. Almost more than any other surprise on Lost yet.

Man Kate was way hotter a few years ago. I think her skin got damaged or something.

I've watched a couple of interviews with him and he seems typically British in being a bit blase about being on Lost. They had a good mix of American and foreign actors on Lost which I think benefited the show. Although after watching that steaming pile of crap that is Flash Forward for a few episodes I would say that having loads of British actors on a show isn't necessarily going to save you.

I'm more taken by "Jin" talking with no accent at all.

This lead-in is pretty weak imo...

I don't get some of the "moments" these producers think are so great - I mean was the building of a raft that awe-inspiring to people??

Kate was a great deal more attractive six years ago. That's true for many 30 year old women, though.

My father and I have watched this show since the very beginning. We've probably seen only ten-twenty episodes together. Yet, I feel weird not being with him right now as it ends. I think it's simply because we watched the pilot together in awe.

Its been a good recap/lead show. Of course anyone who is avid on the show, posts in forums about it, won't see anything they have never seen or figured out already.

Top 3 Lost Moments for Me:
1) Desmond's call to Penny
2) Sawyer reveals Christian's guilt to Jack
3) "You guys got any milk?" speech

I am positive of #1.
I feel relatively confident in #2. It really moved me for some reason.

#3 I'm not sure about.

What am I forgetting about?

maybe something from "the constant" - "go back to 1996 and find me"

I said I wasn't gonna be back until the end of the show but these Lost threads have became just as much about Lost as the actual show.

I totally forgot about the " You have to pee on it " scene with Hugo and Jin.

Maybe not top 3, but its up there.

Charlie killing Ethan is a big scene for me too. Where it just built up to this guy is here and he has all the answers and we are finally gonna find out what is happening then booom, Charlie comes over and blows him away. That was the point when i realised just how the show wasnt going to be a simple straight line A to B.

Also whilst not a scene my fave ep was The Other 48 Days. Im prob in the minority because it had little function to the overall plot since everyone but Bernard in the Tail section died straight after but it was an outstanding episode that reflected on how well off the Losties were when it showed the Tailies who didnt have the luxeries of big numbers and a doctor to save people and so on. Also Eko was such a badass

Emerson's bit about the most beaten character was great.

my top 3:

1. season 2 opening
2. numbers on the hatch
3. walkabout wheelchair reveal

even though all 3 of them pretty much led nowhere. dharma's story coverage was piss poor, the hatch numbers were just a random 'serial number', and locke was healed because it's a magic island or something like that

I really hope on second watching of the series that I can like Charlie more. I just didn't care about his character enough.

I'm loving the Fan Transmissions during the commercials, putting into words all of my thoughts and feelings of the show.

The one about how TV will never be the same, so true. Lost is basically the reason I kept my cable going.

We've got bad weather in my area. I swear if they interrupt Lost and stay on the air for a half hour like they typically do, I will bomb the building for sure.

They did this for about 20 minutes during the Survivor finale and it really pissed me off.

What were the specifics of the Juliet "coffee" scene?

How can that tie in with the recital tonight?

are you talking about desmond meeting penny at the coffee shop?
***Official*** LOST: The End. Quote

no, the scene with juliet dying at the beginning of this season in sawyer's arms. she was like "it worked" then told miles her dead thoughts about going dutch for coffee.

If I remember right, the speculation was that it would show up in the flash sideways. But I couldn't remember the specifics of the dutch coffee thing. Will it be Sawyer? Seems weird since consensus is that Juliet is Jack's wife.

i hope sawyer goes like "miles what was that **** juliet said about coffee" and miles says "it's nothing, just chalk on a wall...of my mind"
