Must be the one with him and the MIB when they were kids, the one where MIB becomes the smoke monster (for some inexplicable reason).

Hurley's numbers: 4 - 8 - 15 - 16 - 23 - 42.
Today at 4:23 and 42 seconds = 4/8/15 16:23:42

Those numbers which were so mysterious a decade ago. Did they make it to S3?

They were around until the end of the show - they corresponded with numbers on Jacob's lighthouse dial that led to six of the castaways being his potential replacement.

i ****ing hate Sawyer so much. i'm on Season 2 episode 13. Charlie just tried to baptize the baby, they've met the Others face to face once when they took Claire hostage while they were searching for Michael, and they're thinking about training an army.

does Sawyer die soon?

Hmmm... I'm trying to figure out when to tell you to stop watching and pretend the show ends there. After S3 finale? If not then after S5. Don't bother with S6.

since my post Sawyer conned evey1 out of the guns so hopefully that gets him killed. i just hate him so much i cant describe it. he's the reason i've stopped watching 100% of the time.

why stop at 3 or 5? dropoff in quality? i knew nothing about Lost before i started watching it a few months ago on NF.

I enjoyed it through 5. 6 was near unwatchable though sadly, save the finale. Also, gotta get through 4 to at least see the Constant episode

Ah lost. We were all hailing it as the new GOAT until the last season. Then even the truest fans could not defend it. So sad.

I recall the threads went full Walking Dead by the freighter season, which was the point at which
Spoiler:
Lost abandoned the character study and became Gilligan's Star Trek.

OP-2015, I suggest you stop watching now.

There were some lost souls (pun intended, ldo) that defended this turd even in the final season. Must have been some variant of Post-Purchase Rationalization. It's inexplicable otherwise.

S5 was underrated, it was pretty good. S6 was a letdown but the enjoyment of the earlier seasons make it worth plowing through imo. The second half of s3 is so elite.

Lol I think I was sort of one of these people. I was basically just on the "it's not THAT bad" side but looking back, s6 really was THAT bad. Was probably an irrational sentimental thing at the time.

I thought everything up through s5 was fine-great tho. Really one of the biggest boos in TV history they completely missed any semblance of a landing in s6.

I thought they had really pulled it together with the Freighter but then they jump right back over the shark with the whole Dr Who and the Atom Bomb. So after the plot falls apart, your left with calling it a 'character study.' This they more or less achieved in s6 as the characters turned out the way basically the way we'd expect.
