What's crazy is that even thought s6 has been generally accepted as a disappointment, this show will still go down as one of the greatest.

I am doing my best to have zero expectations for the finale. IMO people who's entire opinion of the show rests on the finale are missing the point. After watching some scenes from S1 (I started watching the first day the show aired ), I realize more that this show really is about the characters and their journey. Their are definite flaws in the mythology and story arch, but what these writers have done is create iconic characters that will go on for years. Few shows have done this.

I am sad already that this show is ending. Say what you will about season 6 but I've been watching random episodes from the entire show since tuesday and this has been the nuts for almost 6 years. I will miss you Jack, Locke, Hurley, Miles et al. I doubt there will ever be another show to snare me like this one.

Are there spoilers out for the last episode? If so I don't want to read this thread until the show has aired.

I would like to give my prediction for how it ends but I don't know how everyone would like that if there are spoilers out.

Supposedly there are spoilers. I haven't been keeping up on threads just in case. I figured a couple days early it was probably still OK. There's a predictions thread in POG that may have spoilers, but if you just post without reading you'll get in

Since I solved Lost 3 years ago I'm excited for the end

Watching the enhanced version of the pilot episode now and when they 1st encounter the trees mysteriously moving I can remember thinking back when I 1st watched it......this better not be a ****ing show about dinosaurs on a tropical island.

lol...been forever since I've seen that scene. Reminds me of the kids looking at the cave from ATS

this is going to be awesome while watching it...but then a total downer afterwards no matter how good and amazing the ending might be. 6 years of LOST...ever year(besides maybe Season 1) ending with an epically awesome season finale cliffhanger.
