I thought the last couple years with Micheal were terrible and have actually enjoyed the show more since he left. I mean, the writing is absurd and most episodes are still terrible but I find myself shaking my head and laughing a lot more often.

Yeah pretty good ep. Not over the top funny but pretty solid all the way. Cold open was v good. Too much screen time for the brit skank again, though. Oh and well not very believable for andy letting her do some family tree stuff on him after he has bullied her but whatever...

Nellie was even a dash better then tolerable. Not a fan of her building a relationship with Pam. Hopefully that halts quick cause I think the writers will try and "redeem" her in a way that will cause 360 degree eyerolls.

Asian Jim FTW! I actually laughed during the Office, weird.

"That person has really gotten him or herself into a predicament" and the clapping jokes being brought back later and being funny, wow, actual good writing.

Solid episode. I'm hoping that some actual Pam/Jim drama might come out of Jim not telling her about the business since I think the show started its decline as soon as they entered into a stable relationship (I would say the wedding episodes was the golden era's last hurrah)

cold open felt old school, that was a good one

i knew "that person got themselves into a predicament" was coming back later in the episode but it still paid off pretty nicely. i predict it comes back in a future episode too but we'll see if theyre that brave

the whole episode felt old school. funny jim/dwight prank open, classic michael scott style story line (only with andy playing the role), a couple minor side stories, and nobody going over the top full ******. could've been like a 4th season episode no problem.

yeah, I also thought andy seemed like michael in this ep. I could actually hear michael's voice coming out of his mouth. don't know if that is good or bad, but it's definitely weird. I know andy looks like michael in some aspects but that was just too far.

When I watched it I thought Andy was Michael, too. Not behaving similarly to Michael, just literally "this is the character Michael". Way over the top and stupid.
