Agree that it was a fitting ending, with character arcs running their course.

But it was a good enough show that I'd still be interested in watching more, even if the arc/conclusion is not as good.

Just think of it as like an epilogue or something.

im fine with it coming back. its not like a drama that needs a perfect ending. it still has funny enough episodes. seems like a good idea to make it a short season, hopefully they have something good planned

A short season could be good, but the season finale would have been a perfect ending for a show. I'd rather that satisfying ending than a shortened ok season with a weaker ending.

Premiere of final season aired last night. 3-year jump. Episode was enjoyable. Not expecting much from the season as a whole, but Ill definitely watch until the end.

Nice to have it back, but didn't think it was a very good episode. The 3 year jump didn't really do anything particularly interesting, and, hopefully I'm wrong, but it looks likes they are just reverting back to the Jess/Nick, will they/won't they story line.

Finally got to watch the final season.

I actually liked it. It obviously wasn't peak Jess, but I laughed several times each episode.

I also got to binge it over two night, so if there was any soft parts, it was quickly forgotten.

8 episodes was the right length.

This season belonged to Winston. Love him.
