Yeah, the third episode wasn't very good. I feel like it layed it on way too thick by sending Patrick literally dig for gold with some random dude. If he wasn't in on the bit, no wonder he got spooked. Also, it seems more and more likely that Angela isn't single and childless by choice. Not sure how much of it is genuine, but there's something really off-putting about her personality and she seems less interested in actually being with someone than having some idealized version of it in her head. Like, I don't think she even really interacted with the child in the third episode? They hire a nanny because Nathan is busy with Patrick, but she doesn't do jack other than smell her weird oils and watch TV.

Just caught up, watched The Fielder Method. Amazing stuff. As an actor, I got an extra dose of PTSD cringe from LA acting classes from the past. Also, got super celebrity sighting vibe from the acai bowl place because that's my acai bowl place! I probably go there once a week. I wonder if I've been served by that guy's primary.
