Only four episodes but I'm really enjoying it so far.

First Mr. Robot, then this. The quantity isn't there but there have been some exceptionally high quality shows this summer. Show me a Hero should also be included on this list.

i binged the first 8 episodes today, enjoying it. the subject matter speaks to me a lot, but i don't see much rewatch value. it's almost like watching a documentary at times. does anyone know how closely this resembles what actually went down?

the guy playing pablo is great.

I just finished watching the season.

It was an OK show.

Nothing special but better than whatever else is new on TV now besides Hannibal and Mr Robot.

Pretty much everything that happens on the show happened, though they seem to speed up many years of what happens. My biggest beef with the show is if they want to do it as a series, they could slow it down even more and make a series consist of 1-2 years of Pablo's history. They've moved seemingly 6-8 years in the first season.

Also, while the narration works, I think it could be done differently/it isn't necessary. It just explains all the complex narration points that a focused viewer should discover by themselves. It makes things easier, and doesn't detract from anything, but most could be done without and not lose anything.

Ok, but not great by any means. The pacing was bit too fast. It wouldve been alots better if they had focused on some specific aspect or time, now it just spewed trough a decade or so in 10 episodes. Felt little thin and too superficial. The main white DEA guy also wasn't great and like others said the narration was sloppy.

Also found the over-use of narration very distracting from an otherwise fantastic show. It's like the producers didn't trust the show enough (subtitles?) to carry itself without holding everyone's hand.

I'd definitely be up for a "director's cut" with no narration.

Not a fan of head CIA guy. He seems like a caricature and almost not believable where as Pablo and the rest of the Narcos fit their roles perfectly.

The narration is only annoying if you let it be. After a while it just becomes part of the show. Just finished it and loved every episode. Great pace to each episode. It really is an incredible story when you sit back and think about all that happened during that period. Amazing.

Just watched the whole series, loved it. First time I've watched anything about Pablo so didn't know what was coming. Have been googling a lot of stuff that happened in the show to see how accurate it was
