kioshk,

is that some obscure 'donna moss' reference or are you just brain farting?

anyway, during that scene part of me thought dom and angela were going to make out. admittedly that part of me probably wasn't my brain.

whiterose is a male, he tucked his penis in. Remember the dresses, he claimed it was his sisters dresses because he fronts as a regular male when out in diplomatic businesses, in short hes a transvestite.

We'll see if Mr Robot can stick the landing, but we're what, like 19 episodes in? When Lost was 19 episodes in everyone loved it, they hadn't even opened the hatch yet.

Last episode was very strong, but Jesus Christ stop stealing from ****ing Fight Club.
Mr. Robot S1 will always be a very strong standalone season. The season ended with cliffhangers but it can get along as a standalone season, "hack succeeded, GG, roll credits". Lost can't imo. I loved Lost early seasons as much as anyone but I can't convince myself to even watch a single episode again because my perception of the ending is so awful, and that it all felt like it was building up to something.

If you cant enjoy LOST, youre a moron. Great characters, brilliant acting, the best production value money can buy, and the best score in television history.

I never got into LOST and I'm the smartest person that's ever lived. How do you explain that?

Maybe you're not as smart as you think you are?

It also has the worst ending, filler episodes and filler seasons, a ton of unanswered questions, a bunch of stuff that doesn't make sense, and the worst instance of "writers making it up as they go along" in television history.

Maybe I'll give Lost another go someday, but why would I invest myself in something I know in the end makes no sense and doesn't reach a satisfying or plausible conclusion? It also doesn't help that it is the type of show where the ending absolutely matters. Compare that to say Dexter where you can just say "oh S4 is the tragic ending of this show". You can't really do that with Lost, unless you're willing to accept an ending that doesn't deliver on any of the mystery aspects of the show which are absolutely a central part of the show.

I did enjoy the character interaction in Lost, but I don't know if it would be sufficient enough to keep me entertained while everytime there is some weird island or whatever thing going on (pretty much every episode?) I have to think to myself "all of this **** wont make any sense ever but hey the characters etc are pretty cool!"...

I got to give best score to Breaking Bad btw. Best production, probably.

I was hoping someone else would bring it up but that was some bad acting during the umbrella scene, right?

lol, maybe it was a Donna Moss reference! Angela should really use a Josh Lyman in her corner.

Definite Sapphic vibe goin on there. Trying to seduce a confession.

Did the finance guy, owner of the gun, give up Darlene?

Darlene carelessly forgot a vhs tape, did she also forget to delete her Careful Massacre instagram?

I still this show oodles. There are so many little things in every episode that are simply great. Esmail keeps throwing everything plus 3 or 4 kitchen sinks over the top with a nod and a wink, and it always works within the context of what the show is. I still have no idea where the overall plot is going, and not a heck of a lot of confidence that it's going somewhere coherent, and I still don't care. What a ride.

Holy crap, that was a brilliant episode. Even if I still have little clue what's going on lol...but it does seem to be coming together.

And to the guy above, no, the umbrella scene was not bad, it was awesome.

I love how all the disparate pieces are starting to merge, finally.

Although, where just in the hell Tyrell is - or where the phone calls to Rich Bitch are coming from - I still do not know. Anyone know where the map location was point to and how the Bodyguard knew where it was?

But no way Darlene is dead, right? It's gotta be Cisco.

show def picked up after he left prison. this is the pace people love. i bet a bunch of people dropped the show during the slow fest that was going on in first few episodes.

this was a amazing episode, good music going on the last 5 minutes during the "great fed realizes ****"-darkarmy arrives and removes-threat-scenes.

Show is so much better right now. Maybe the location the phone calls are coming from is the CTO of E-Corp? I doubt Darlene is dead but now Dom has her. So hard to commit a perfect crime, good detective work and they just start pulling on a thread.

The music was the cherry on top of a brilliant episode.

If you get up close on a good TV you can clearly see who gets got. You can't 100% tell if it's actually Darlene and the bf sitting there though.

Awesome episode and season. Great show

Cisco gets shot at first but there is a blood splatter from where Darlene ducks as well a second later. She had to have gotten shot well

Hmmm, allegedly not

Ending scene had a feeling exactly like the Breaking Bad parking lot scene. Intense as hell.

I think the second blood splatter is a ketchup bottle that exploded, meant to make it look like Darlene was shot.
Mr. Robot Quote

Actually that's what some people said on the interwebs, bit I think there is an additional splatter after that one
