Also why would they make us got to know her so well if she wouldnt be a part of something bigger later on

It was definitely a flashback, but that usanetwork recap reads to me like a standard fan-style blog, not a definitive network-endorsed guide. That scene predates the ending scene of Season 1 where White Rose talked about the Congo.

The director went a little overboard with the "frame the character on the extreme right (or left) but looking to the right (or left)." Like he just discovered it. A little of that framing goes a long way...or else it becomes annoying

Pretty worried this show will end up like lost at this point. Don't really see how the answers to what's going on will deliver after dragging it out the entire season but hopefully I'm wrong.
