I also think she passed up a huge opportunity by picking langasteen but leaving vegetarian girl down there, she is inevitably going to lose sooner or later given she doesnt cook with meat so is properly out of her depth but you get to win some kudos keeping her out.

Hot blond fish girl is the show hero imo, im not buying into team guy whose parents died though he is obv the most skilled overall and not even close. Fat mom rounds out the top four but she seems really limited in range and will quickly move out of her comfort zone if she has to cook something she hasnt made dozens of times at home.

Also this is the first time I have seen Masterchef US, kinda getting a cooking buzz and saw it was on yesterday so gave it a shot, lol they overproduce it to some ridiculous levels.

That they do, and yes blondie from the south is easy front runner for fan favorite.

Why in every aside she does does she mention "She's not just a pretty face"? She's not a bad looking girl but she's no where near hot enough to where that's the only thing people will ever see when they look at her.

My analysis is she's basically trying to convince herself, low self-esteem consistent with the bravado IMO. though the the tart did look amazing, its impossible to root for her now.

The slowroll on Luca was unbearably obvious.

Only other bit of potential eye talent is the geeky cardigan vegitarian. I'm not a huge fan of epic twists or hyper exaggeration in TV shows. But I think this is the perfect time to throw in a "make over" to the winner of a challenge. Lets unleash the hidden potential underneath all her multiple layers. She could be this years Felix with a little bit more work.

I think if the top 6 consisted of Fatty loud mouth, Sexy Texan, Beardy, Mega Bitch, Dead mom and Luca then it would be a pretty decent series.

Lynn is a quiet asian dude who seems to be one of the best in the competition so far. fatty loud mouth is getting on my nerves, she needs to go home soon but probably wont for a while

For sure. The field was actually quite strong last year. Josh was no slouch and was a brilliant plater and seemed to have a strong flavor range

Haven't watched this season. Has Joe done that thing yet where he throws an entire plate of food in the garbage. That's so cool. He's such a bad ass. Also I love how he makes eye contact with the chef while he takes a big ass bite of their food.

Ah that would explains that. I think the amount of air time shes getting shes either going to go really deep or be out soon. But there does seem to be some weakness left in. Army boy and New York Ghetto seem to be weakest at the moment.

last night was a pretty good episode but 2 hours of being wayyyy overdramatic once again. They sent home one of the final 16 and it felt like it was the final episode with the last 2 people left..

Luca is terrible and didnt deserve to stay. Serving up multiple raw burgers is ridiculous, at least the chick burning bread wasnt potentially poisoning people. If the lobster was so close as they claim then they should have used that to decide, not cos Kathy used a squeeze too much of lemon in the salad and didnt plate the lobster as nicely.

Luca is not very good. The Italian judge will eventually have to give him an emotional speech when he has to send Luca off. It will hurt because Luca is Italian and obv bias is obv.

This is my opinion as to who should make it to the top three. I project Lynn getting hosed on some random challenge and Susan making it to the actual top five somehow.

James is hiding under the radar, but I see him surprising people a few times to make it into the top five for sure.

Bime and Krissi have zero chance and are there for entertainment/"puncher's chance" reasons.

Oh, and Natasha is a straight up bitch but may squeak into the top five.

I don't really watch this show, but apparently the EP is a poker player! Nice guy, played with him last night. He was up to $700 in a $1-300 buy-in, $2-3 blind game.

Not sure what the hell Chrissy's plan was. She sent the weakest chef on her team home and acted like that's what she wanted. She should have made it a head to head competition between James and Jordan or 3 way with the dark haired milf.

Pretty sure she was told she could have only 2 chefs compete. The guy with the mohawk might have been worst but Bime was a close 2nd on that team compared to the rest.

She had an amazing chance to send a really strong chef home and squandered it.

The way Fatty loud mouth acted in the last fifteen minutes was just brutal viewing. However the fact that everyone despises her does make for some good TV. A duel between James and Jordan would have been awesome though.

As we aren't able to see too much of there cooking it seems Sexy Texan, Lynn and Jordan are the three to beat. With James and NFL are slightly second tier.

I think Luca/Fatty loud mouth have a limited ceiling. They are getting through because there are guys who are making obvious **** ups. But they don't really seem to have an flair.

The others we don't really have a good enough idea as they seem to be constantly ignored on the show. I did like on the exit scene where Ramsey and Graham obviously felt something for Bime yet Joe obviously still despises him.

I didn't even know Howard was on the show and then all of a sudden he was getting loads of camera time. That made him the pretty obvious boot off.

And hint to contestants. When the Gordon and company tell you that an ingredient shouldn't be in then don't ****ing put it in. That means you take the peppers out Howard. Same goes for maple syrup guy.
