There's nothing too stupid for corpus vile to post.

Recall how he ran away when asked to come up with any justification for his 'murderer groupie' smear?

Proof positive corpus vile is a liar and a coward.

Maybe Knox got 'scared straight' after getting caught in her first murder and won't kill any flatmates in future.

If the AK case was just a run of the mill murder trial, I wouldn't say anything, but those bastards caused so much trouble to the family of Merideth that she deserves no sympathy either way, Imo.

And yeah people like CV like to gaslight, run from facts and dabble in general debauchery.

From what I've read it can be appealed & isn't final. Don't see how her rights were actually violated as the cops had no idea she'd spontaneously accuse Mr Lumumba & were initially questioning her as a witness. I wonder if Italy will actually pay her or not.

Yet you still adopt her murderer groupies guilter lexicon...

You haven't provided a single fact to back up your baseless assertions. Not one of you. In this entire thread. Just speculation which you attempt to peddle off as actual facts.Nor have you provided a definition for "guilter". Do you even know the meaning of the made up words you adopts from murderer groupies?

She only tortures dogs now apparently, someone who gave her an adopted dog furiously complained on twitter that the dog had been returned with its paws all cut up. The user then deleted the tweet.

Why do you adopt the same lexicon as her groupies so? Why, like them do you refuse to provide a definition of the term?

I said at the start of my posting that it was all about the bones....

'Because the State violated Wisconsin's preservation of biological evidence statute, Mr. Avery's due process rights were per se violated. His conviction can not stand.'

'The undisclosed September 20, 2011 report contradicts Mr. Kratz's representations to the jury that "[t]hese bones in the quarry, I'm going to take 20 seconds to talk about, because the best anybody can say is that they are possible [sic] human." (716:78).

The State by its actions has implicitly admitted that the bones are not only human, but that they belong to Ms.Halbach. The State cannot credibly argue that it returned animal bones to the Halbach family for burial or cremation. The State's actions demand that further proceedings be conducted to determine if Mr. Avery's due process rights have been violated and if the State acted in bad faith in returning the suspected human bones to the Halbach family.'

It will be interesting to see the states response to the Motion to Stay that was handed in today.

The State just isn't a very good liar.

Unless they're going to argue they gave the Halbach family chicken bones to bury in Teresa's grave.

How very respectful!

According to this Knox initially sought $3 million? Not sure on the veracity of the source to clarify.

The court upheld her complaint and ordered Italy to pay the Seattle native $21,000, well below the $3 million she had sought for the way she had been prosecuted.

The tracking dogs, the bones, the cell phone pings, the eyewitnesses all point to whatever might have happened to Teresa Halbach it's impossible for Steven Avery to have been present.

If the State had acted honestly and legally there would have been no trial, let alone any conviction.

Instead they suppressed evidence and violated the rights of a tax paying citizen due to a long-standing vendetta.

I'm sure the trolls will come up with the usual lines - cops are allowed to lie, it doesn't matter if the prosecution theory is garbage if a jury buys it, and even if the evidence is bogus it doesn't 'prove' Steven and Brendan are innocent.

These morally deficient and mentally challenged guilters won't change their spots.

ETA: Almost forgot that they regard the Constitutionally protected rights of the accused to be 'innocence fraud' and that they are mere 'technicalities' to be disregarded.

I have Loudz on ig & don't think Zellner's argument amounts to anything & reckon she'll get rejected again, which you'll probably see as a conspiracy to prevent the Horrible Truth being exposed, or something, so don't feel the need to address your posts, or take Loudz off ig after reading your quote of him with his assertion that it's actually impossible for Avery to be there. I see nothing of substance wrt viable developments for Avery or Dassey though.

It seems corpus isn't interested in the facts of the case, and has all the evidence against his beliefs on 'ignore' - like your garden variety Creationist, climate change denier, or anti-vaccination crusader.

The main contributions to this thread from that quarter are the 'International Innocence Fraud Konspiracy Theory' and the totally baseless 'murderer groupie' meme.

This is what I found, too.

For 3 years all we have done is follow the evidence & guess what? It ALWAYS leads away from Steven Avery!!!

No, really, they didn't.

“We are very curious to hear the State’s explanation for violating the Wisconsin preservation statute,” she said. “No notice was given to Avery or his attorneys at the time. The State claimed at trial there was no evidence the quarry bones were human, so why were they given back to the Halbachs? Giving the bones to the Halbachs confirms the State’s belief that not only were they human—they belonged to Teresa Halbach. The State cannot have it both ways. The destruction of material evidence is a serious constitutional violation.”

Zellner obtained the information about the bone transfer via an undisclosed police report, the motion states. It explains since Avery’s due process rights were violated in the unjust dismissal of possible bone evidence “his conviction can not stand.”

It's very telling that law enforcement lied about these bones and then covered up their lie by withholding documents.

3 cops - two 29 year old men were supposed to be on duty at the time, and the woman who was off-duty and got killed - were at the house of one of the men at 1am
- the victim was married to another STL cop, who was not present at the time
- an "accidental gun discharge" happened and the woman got shot in the chest
- the two cops race her to the hospital
- other random facts suggest something really weird happened:

Alix was pronounced dead at the hospital. For reasons police have yet to explain, the shooter was also hospitalized soon afterward, according to the Post-Dispatch.

Adding to the mystery, a white police SUV sat outside the hospital surrounded by crime tape with a window busted out. Shattered glass littered the pavement nearby, video from the hospital showed. Hayden declined to answer questions about how that detail fit into the shooting, telling reporters “all that will be part of the investigation.”

Apparently they were playing Russian roulette.....
