^^ More KK bull****. Their grasping at straws here, trying to make it look like steven was controlling the situation rather than what he actually done in helping the family out to make a extra buck.

The whole interview at the Aurora medical centre on 9/10th Nov 2005, thanks to SRBH of ttm....

This interview was recorded on the 9th or 10th of November after Steven was arrested at his brother Earl and Candy's house.

The Dassey/Janda and Avery families were requested to submit DNA samples- including BLOOD and FINGERPRINTS at Aurora Medical Center on Memeorial Drive.

Dedering I believe at this point had been looking for Bobby Dassey. Dedering had an active warrant for him to exercise the above mentioned DNA extractions. Dedering had trouble locating Bobby Dassey.

Scott Tadych was excluded from the collection of mentioned DNA extractions at Aurora Medical.
The interview starts out by an unknown officer explaining to Barb the kind of DNA they want to collect from Bobby.

The interview moves directly into the officers prodding Barb as to where is Bobby at? They need to find him to ask him some questions she is told. They ask Barb if Bobby is by a friends house and they ask if he is with Scott, Barb answers with an incredulous "NO" ...then Barb proceeds to state he might be at his friend Mike's" house. They ask where Mikes is located and Barb staves them off by stating that she doesn't know, but that she can call there to see if he's there. She calls and viola, yep he is there. Barb very nervously asks if Bobby can meet them at Aurora Medical, "the one on Memorial Drive" There some nervous back and forth between Barb and Bobby which we can only hear Barb's side of. Barb gets frustrated by Bobby and blurts out... "are you going down there or what?... "Okay?"... Then the conversation suddenly becomes clear and jumps right into the events of October 31st.

October 31st at 5pm

Barb is straight out asked theta when she came home at 5pm on the 31st were all 4 boys at home. Specifically, was Bobby at home when she got there, or did he come home from hunting after she got home at 5pm?

Barb is clearly rattled by this question and blurts out- "I just want to know how HE found out"

Barb then rattles off some nonsense about... the message on the answering machine... and she dont know what is going on because she is at work... The officer cuts her off and says... "I am not asking you that" Barb is shook and she is trying to deflect from the direct question being asked of her that was simply... Was Bobby home when SHE home at 5pm, or did he come home from hunting AFTER SHE got home at 5pm?

Barb's original statement to police was that ALL 4 BOYS WERE AT HOME WHEN SHE GOT HOME AT 5PM, this includes Bobby**

Again, instead of answering the direct question from the officer... Barb deflects once again and states: "all's I know is I got home and got a phone call TO GO UP TO THE HOSPITAL *he was there a LITTLE AFTER 5... The officer asks... "who was that BOBBY*? ...and Barb answers... "no the one I went up to the hospital with."

Give me a break Barb. Once again Barb is evading the direct question being asked of her regarding Bobby Dassey. She is stalling the officers very simple question about Bobby epically.

Barb dances around the question and the officer asks it another way even more direct.

So the officer AGAIN presses Barb. So, do you remember Did you see Bobby before you went to the hospital? Barb answers.... "mumbles to herself... they are in and out of the house so much....
And thats the end of it. Barb never ever answers the question about Bobby being home when she was home at 5pm on October 31st 2005. She lied about him being home originally. But she knew he wasn't home. Covering for Bobby much Barb?

We know he wasn't home because his cell pone records tell us he wasn't. His cell record has him pinging of towers in Mishicot, and North of Mishicot well after 5pm. Some of those pings off of a tower very close to his buddy Mike Osmundsons house. Add to the fact that Bobby Dassey was an hour late to work on the night of the 31st and a compelling tapestry of lies come together pointing toward Bobby Dassey being involved with the Teresa Halbach disappearance.

States star witness. Imagine that.

As for the rest of the interview:

Barb can't recall, and doesn't know of any fire of any kind alight behind Steve's Garage on October 31st. Steve's burn pit is in plain and direct view from the front of Barbs house.

Barb is asked how many Burn Barrels she has in her back yard, she answers 2 or 3. Bobby Dassey at trial was asked by Ken Kratz on direct how many burn barrels were behind his house and Bobby answers 3... to which Ken Kratz corrects him and says there was 4.... Bobby then says, 'ok Well I thought there were 3."

Now, who would know best how many F'ing burn barrels there were behind their own house. Barb and Bobby? or Ken Kratz? ...Just pathetic the **** lying that went down by Kratz.

Barb is asked how many burn barrels does Steve have.

Barb has no clue and doesn't know... then relents and says... "by the field is the only one I know of"
The argument about the Red Van

Barb states clearly there was no argument, but that she told him the van wasn't worth anything. Which is weird because it was being sold for $1000. The $40 dollar investment on a return of $960 is pretty decent for a van that Barb thought wasn't worth much.

Steve put lots of cars in Auto Trader already. Sounds like Steve knew what the heck he was doing when it came to selling cars he fixed up off of the lot.

Barb clearly states that the Van was of no use to her. Nothing about wanting the Van because "one of her kids (Brendan) was getting his license.

It was Barbs Van, it was in her name. Steve ASKED HER TO SELL IT. No question about that. Barb, and quote told Steve... ''Do what he's gotta do

Barb clearly is very in the dark about how to sell a car, or how useful putting a car in a magazine like Auto Trader is to selling the car. Great advertisement for very little money for the advertisement. All the work is done for you by the magazine.

Steve clearly put up the $40 dollars for the ad, and Barb has to pay him back. Lets see... $1000, minus the $40 dollar ad fee nets $960. Barb has to pay back the $40 that Steve fronted for the ad, that leaves Barb with $940. Wow, Barb not a bad return on a van you thought was useless. She's got a hard time going herself. 4 boys to support and a mortgage payment... plus going through a divorce... "its tough" ...Yep, sure is Barb.

Bobby

Barb said Steve must have paid the lady otherwise she wouldn't HAVE TAKEN THE PICTURES. Barb states very clearly that Bobby saw Teresa taking pictures. enough said.

The interview is really all about Bobby Dassey in my opinion. A whole lot of focus on Bobby.

The Suzuki

Barb says it was sitting on the side of the garage for 2-3 weeks maybe even longer then that. There goes Kratz's stupid story about Brendan helping Steve push a car out of the Garage so they could fit the RAV4 in there to hide it from view on the 31st of October.

Barb is pressed about the Suzuki and if it was moved on October 31st. Well, first she just answered that question. Two, now she states that she is hardly ever home. What? ...This woman is just too much.

The officer is really trying to get Barb to mention the Suzuki being moved any way he can. Barb never relents to the suggestion.

The officer, exhausting his avenues with Barb switches to a new and disturbing tactic and then suggests to Barb: "Would it surprise ME that if I told you that I THINK... one of your boys may have helped Steven move that car? ...Barb then very acutely asks... When would this have been? The officer backpedals... and says that... "Well um, maybe one of the boys had mentioned it"... The officer is clearly lying about this scenario. It is clear the officer wants Barb to give an answer to support that Suzuki was moved in any way possible. The question is why?

The interview gets a little garbled at this point. Barb begins to ramble about one of the boys being in Steve's garage... that they helped him possibly clean? She says, ..."but that was a while ago" Then she says something about her youngest son helping Steve with the Suzuki in fixing it. The officer is really trying to get Barb to say anything about the Suzuki being moved. She does not relent. She insists that the Susuki had been sitting next to the garage for 2-3 weeks by now as far as she can recall.

Interview suddenly switches back to Bobby

The Officer asks Barb if she remembers when they talked about Bobby and the place that he hunts, and that she mentioned that it was off of highway 42 somewhere and asks if Barb has ever been there. Barb says she thinks its of of highway 42 and claims she has never been there. Well, Mike Osmundsen lives of of highway 42. The officer then asks Barb, ..."What makes you think Bobby hunts of of highway 42?" Barbs answer to this question is intelligible.

The officer then asks Barb if she knows Scott Tadych. Barb says yes then goes on to say something unintelligible about Scott. Barb is asked if Bobby hunts at Scotts. Barb says he only did it once... The officer asks how long ago was that... She answers unsure. The officer then asks if Bobby hunted Scotts on October 31st. Barb answers that Bobby could of but she doesn't know. I find this incredulous considering the double bogus alibi of Scott and Bobby.

Interview change up

Suddenly at this point in the interview an officer is heard asking quite impatiantly... "Is Bobby here Yet?" Someone says he is on his way. Someone says... "black truck"... so they are indeed looking out for Bobby Dassey driving his Black Chevy Blazer. Interesting.
Sounds like they really want to get ahold of Bobby Dassey at this point.

An officer asks Barb if she has the KEYS to Steven's house... The female officer says... "is he worth protecting?" Then there is some back ground discussion about Roland Johnson, who actually is the owner of the trailer that Steve and Jodi were living in.

The officer asks Barb... "Is there any reason that Steven would say that he didn't want you to have the key?" Barb answers NO. Then she adds that if Steve would go away for awhile that he would give her the key like he has done in the past.

Hospital Questions

The officer asks Barb if she remembers what time she left for the hospital on the evening of October 31st. Barb says it was a little bit after 5pm... says she doesn't know.

The officer asks Barb if she remembers about what time she returned from the hospital. Barb says they left the hospital around 7pm ...then fine tunes her answer to returning to the Janda house around 8pm.

The officer then asks Barb directly who was home when she got back from the hospital. (((very long pause here by Barb ))) ...Finally, Barb blurts out that Bryan is usually gone... she goes on to reveal Bryan's schedule at the house. Barb then states that the two younger ones could of been there, but she doesn't know... she says Blaine, he works... The officer cuts in and asks Barb if Blaine is the one who works at nights... quietly she answers no, thats Bobby Then the officer asks again that "The younger two might have been there, but your not sure?" Barb mumbles something about not remembering, then says... but he likes to play Nintendo all of the time, cause he don't do much ...Barb is referring to Brendan at this point.

The interview suddenly switches gear to the odd subject of supper by the female officer. Pretty strange change up IMO. But they talk about going out to dinner where they eat dinner or if they went up to Ma's house for dinner. Barb mentions... Tuesday ...as the two officers are talking over one another.

A question not answered by Barb

Right at the end of the recording Barb is asked wether she had seen Steven Avery at all on the day or night of October 31st 2005.
The recording abruptly comes to an end.

Barb's interview was 33 minutes long. Bobby was requested to come to the hospital at the very beginning of the recording. By the end of the recording we are not certain if Bobby had indeed shown up at Aurora Medical for the DNA submittals.

Barb was very evasive in answering questions about Bobby Dassey

What Ken Kratz portrayed about the luring scenario is shot to pieces by this interview.

IMO, Bobby and Scott come off even more sketchy and Barb was working her "I dont know magic" to protect them.

Fascinating that LE was so interested in Bobby at this point. Later they will cover up for his violent rape-porn addiction, make him their star witness, and allow him to perjure himself on the stand.

This reminds me of how the cops in Ada, Oklahoma covered up for their star witness Glen Gore (who, it turns out was the real perpetrator) in the rape and murder of Debbie Carter.

Also in this interview Barb knows nothing about a humongous fire supposedly burning next door.

All the evidence is ITT regarding A.C. corruption. And when someone like yourself tries to obfuscate for him it is additional evidence imo.

Not 1 original interview has any mention of a fire from all the witnesses that I have read and if you follow Bobby's statements they are all different.

^^ Lol at the baseless assumption you just quoted & rampant speculation with nothing to back it up.This is among the many reasons you lot are regarded as a cult.

Lol no it isn't, zero evidence that any corruption happened during Avery & Dassey's due process. You people are under the bizarre illusion that whatever claim you make is actual evidence. It isn't. Just conspiracy theories. None of you know what evidence is.

Great to hear people with legal expertise discussing some of the vital issues involved with this case.

When the people who founded the United States were writing our constitution they were very concerned about the abuse of power wielded by governments through the courts, and realized that safeguards were required to help protect citizens from abuse. They certainly had no illusions about the infallibility or incorruptibility of those charged with administering justice.

LOL @ trolls who are claiming there's 'no evidence' of incompetence and corruption revealed by these interviews when they at the same time consider statements by the same people as irrefutable 'evidence' of guilt.

These guilters are too stupid to comprehend that their 'arguments' such as they are refute themselves.

Nah seriously mate you've sfa here. Again it's why your murderers are where they belong doing hard hard time.

Who are you referring to with your mockney colloquialism under your spoiler btw, Zellcat or me? If it's the latter, I'm not the one talking bollocks here you lot are.

Justify your earlier quote of Loony Loudz for example, is this evidence by any chance?

Cuz all I see is pure & decidedly baseless speculation asserted as fact & peddled off as some form of actual evidence. You people are madder than Charlie Sheen on 'shrooms in Disneyland & again you have nothing here & neither does the shyster charlatan lawyer you admire so much as she's running on four flat tires atm & will continue to do so, due to her having that aforementioned nothing... Yes, the failure of anyone to mention or remember this (allegedly ginormous) bonfire would seem to indicate the legend grew over time.

Krolik learned about cv's Englishness and of his non-circumcised status from a personal meeting.

I observed their rendezvous first-hand, took photos of their love fest, and mailed the pics off to Steven. LOL!

Law enforcement in Wisconsin destroys evidence preventing the solution of crimes.

Missing evidence can also pose problems in closed cases, said Rebecca Brown, director of policy at the Innocence Project in New York.

“It’s an incredible miscarriage of justice when this type of evidence is destroyed,” she said. “In many instances, DNA holds the key to freedom for actually innocent people.”

Even when people with valid innocence claims are released from prison, they may suffer lifelong consequences if the evidence is gone.

Some are forced to remain on sex offender registries for life. Others can’t shake the stigma of the accusations against them, Brown said.

Preservation of forensic evidence also can prevent future crimes by making sure dangerous criminals aren't left free.

Destroying evidence on one hand, withholding evidence with the other. Good job!
