Zellner Law - Dr. R. Selden, is willing to test the bones in the Manitowoc Cty Gravel Pit with new Rapid DNA ID. If allowed, we believe the bones will be Ms. Halbach's. This will prove the murder and mutilation occurred in the Manitowoc County Gravel Pit and the bones were planted to frame steven.

Kathleen Zellner ‏Verified account @ZellnerLaw Kratz said that because it couldn't be shown the bones were human that he wasn't going to spend 20 seconds on them. We believe that identifying the bones as Ms. Halbach's will cause the case to be reversed for a new trial. #askzellner

Interesting, an answer to a Q by Buting....

'Absolute immunity for prosecutors only kicks in after a case is filed in court. Before that, while advising law enforcement on searches, warrants, seizures, interrogations, etc. they are acting in an “investigative” capacity and no more immune from suit than police are.

I've believed the truth to this case comes from the Bones/Dna, so this is big news for me today.... I hope this testing gets granted & undeniable evidence will come from new testing of these bones, that's a nice Xmas present to us all.
