In Part 2 of Making a Murderer, we were told that Bryan Dassey had signed a statement to undermine Bobby's trial testimony. Bobby had asserted that he witnessed Teresa Halbach arrive on the Avery property, where he saw her taking photographs. He then claimed that he had seen Halbach "walking over" to Avery's trailer, and that he did not see her leave the property.
His brother Bryan has now called this into question. "I distinctly remember Bobby telling me, 'Steven could not have killed her because I saw her leave the property on October 31, 2005'," he said in a statement.
Zellner now alleges that she has three affidavits that work against Bobby.

Zellner explained that she had hold of a statement to say that "Bobby was the primary user of the computer and it was in his bedroom.
"Bryan said that Bobby lied at trial and said he didn't see Teresa leave the property, and he did see her leave and [Bobby] left immediately behind her.
"Then we have the half-brother Brad, who gave us an affidavit saying that Barb Dassey… told him that she'd hired someone to remove images. When we got the computer, finally got our hands on it… There'd been a huge number of images removed, but we had the underlying raw data, and that's how we were able to see all of the violent images," she claimed.
