I bet this is some kind of misrepresentation but even if its true its not really important here.
If a cop unlawfully filmed someone committing a rape inside their own home, we can still conclude this person committed a rape. Even if the process in which we found out was wrong, ethical or even illegal.
Not that anything culhane did was illegal nor am I condoning anyone doing anything illegal nor am I saying illegal methods in which evidence is obtained should be used to convict. Im merely talking about deductions that can be made.
