Not once that I can remember have I called you a rude name, a few gifs OK sure. When I took the hump you said to me to stay around so thx for that.
People who go around slinging words like 'conspiratards' haven't got a lot of room to complain about name-calling.

I don't know whether PoorSkillz is a shill, but he's apparently got the notion that participating in a discussion about a topic consists of announcing his opinions and then put everyone else on ignore so he can imagine no one is in disagreement.

Yes you are right I probably should not use the term conspiratard. It is meant to apply to the outlandish theories I keep reading, and not intended to insult anyone who thinks Avery is innocent. At any rate it's a bad choice of words and I'll stop using it.

There's no reason to be posting in the kind of manner and with the kind of frequency that PoorShillz is posting unless he is a shill. And the criteria as laid out very clearly above is a good method to use to spot a shill.

What you are not understanding is the definition of shill.
So if you are an attorney who knows a lot about the trial and decides to post about it a lot, your a shill. Regardless of which side you are on. Got it.

Your ability to assimilate information (or lack there of) is evident. I understand completely why you think Steven Avery is guilty.

Yeah didn't think you would be able to answer that one.

Then you should be advised to stay away from posting in public about a case that's still ongoing, plain & simple. Why? go ask a lawyer, lOl.

Link is a page or so back, I believe.

Now you have become more respected. And listened. Certainly by me.

There is a difference between innocent and not guilty.

That's what I was getting at. He's still saying this "evidence of planting" nonsense.

Anyhow, did you guys hear what happened to lkasigh? Apparently he's on the run after a warrant was issued for attempted sexual assault of an opossum. Crazy! Luckily he was stopped by the only eyewitness, a neighborhood dog. I know what you're thinking, but the dog informed police and soon the monster will be behind bars. I have many insider contacts and obtained this copy of the note:

Seems like pretty damning evidence, although people might come up with some conspiracy like I just made this story up along with the image in MSPaint in the last few minutes

How does the decision-maker reconcile the fact that sheriff's department personnel were allowed to actively investigate the premises but the coroner was refused permission?

Would it be ok for the coroner to testify, like she wanted, that she felt she was deliberately being left out of the investigation. And she couldn't believe she had to hear about the bones being discovered and there was a coroner from another county on site from watching tv. She was not consulted or given any notice.

And shouldn't the decision-maker have to at least explain his decision process to the jury.

The jury can process and reconcile all the information. Together as a group.
I'd hate for this point to be lost under a pile of other topics.

AFAICT there was no legitimate reason for the police to prevent the forensic investigation of the sites where the cremains were allegedly found.

It's clearly a deliberate decision and not a 'mistake'.

Wait a minute...she was the Manitowoc County coroner. There's a very, very clear and super legit reason she was not allowed on the scene.

You see, the person IMMEDIATELY named as the one and only suspect 7 days prior also just so happened to be on the cusp of winning a $36 million dollar lawsuit against Manitowoc County (what a crazy coincidence!). So of course, they wouldn't want ANYONE from Manitowoc County LE participating in the investigation because of a potential conflict of interest.

So there you have it, mystery solved!

Well she did not bow down to them before in the Ricky.H case & tried to the best of her ability to do her job in ALL cases she examined & that's just not the WI Way unfortunately.
I believe that she is now talking to K.Z. & may feature in MaM 2

Spoiler:

Not only did they turn away the coroner, they turned the away the state crime lab who had people who specialized in collecting evidence. Not small county, multi-purpose, "investigators".

It does seem that Wisconsin is plagued by gross incompetenance in many law and justice departments at many levels. I just hope those that just pretend like this enormous incompetence and gross negligence doesn't exist never have to pin their freedom on such a blackened and charred set of institutions.

I am fine with it being a deliberate decision. All they should do is explain their decision making to a jury and let them use that information however they see fit.

And then you remove any theories being floated.

It does seem to put a rather large hole in the notion that Lenk & Colburn were needed for their 'expertise'.

I've stated several times that the Dassey statement from May 13 is what I believe happened.

Quote:
DASSEY: He went to go pick up some stuff around the yard then after that we, he asked me to come in the house cuz he wanted to show me somethin'. And he showed me that she was laying on the bed, her hands were roped up to the bed and that her legs were cuffed. And then he told me to have sex with her and so I did because I thought I was not gonna get away from 'em cuz he was too strong, so I did what he said and then after that, he untied her and uncuffed her and then he brought her outside and before he went outside, he told me to grab her clothes and her shoes. So we went into the garage and before she went out, when before he took her outside, he had tied up her hands and feet and then was in the garage and he stabbed her and then he told me to. And, after that he wanted to make sure she was dead or somethin' so he shot her five times and while he was doing that I wasn't looking because I can't watch that stuff. So I was standing by the big door in the garage and then after that, he took her outside and we put her on the fire and we used her clothes to clean up the, some of the blood. And, when we put her in the fire, and her clothes, we were standing right by the garage, to wait for it to get down so we threw some of that stuff on it after it went down.

More from BD May 13

Quote:
POLICE: Where does he stab her?

DASSEY: In the chest.

POLICE: Show me where.

DASSEY: Like right here.

POLICE: Where do you stab her?

DASSEY: In the stomach.

POLICE: What does she say when you stab her?

DASSEY: To stop what I was doin'.

POLICE: What's that? Is she screaming?

DASSEY: Yeah.

POLICE: Is she screaming and saying stop what you're doing? Is she swearing at you? Is she struggling or what? Tell us how that happened.

DASSEY: Just that she was crying a lot.

POLICE: Are you holding her down?

DASSEY: No.

POLICE: Who is?

DASSEY: Steven is.
