You keep saying these False Positives & only ever mention 1, but that's been your style all throughout this thread.

Tell me about other False Positive's.

Is this a false Positive? The evidence collectors collected 15/16 shell casings from the garage in 2 searches but Left the Bullets.

Where was the blood cleaned up? This is news to me that blood was cleaned up anywhere
Ahh the old SA cleaned it ALL with bleach, paint thinner etc rebuttal coming in soon.

If SA did kill her it was off property. He probably knocked her out somehow and took her for a drive in her car. Raped her. Shot her in the head. Threw body in back of car. Didnt know what to do with body. Decided to burn her in his fire pit.

The killing her in garage theory is so outlandish.

They cleaned up the garage. Whether it was after a murder or a pre-murder assault, it's hard to know for sure.

The thing that bothers me the most about the Murder is that No Bullets were found in the Burn Pit or Barrels.

After listening to the experts from both sides I do believe that T.H. was shot in the head & to then burn the Body & remove the Bullet(s) would IMO be to much work( or the fact No DNA,Crime scene) & leave so much DNA that SA would not have been capable to clean it all up in the time frame. (lOl Garage pls)
Also the fact that No Crime Scene was ever found(in or around The Averys property) makes it more difficult to believe SA is guilty.

As Steve Moore says "It just doesen't add up"

Again another great example of your critical thinking.
Targeted audience........?

Also I understand the replies i am facing already, but applying your logic... If an African American uses the N word satirically, are they racist?
How about a gay comedian who calls people ****/lezzos...They homophobic?
A woman who calls people bitches... Misogynist???

No they are simply making a joke to make people laugh. You ever done that in your miserable life?

Lol SJW, I hope your reads are better at the poker table.

Saying someone is probably a woman because they "sound like a *****" is a)not particularly funny (ymmv of course I can't account for other people's sense of humor) - and b), quite clearly derogatory towards women.

Revots obviously still lives in a black and white world.
Thankfully most of the rest of the world have moved on to full colour.

WIEGERT:We know, we just need you to tell us.
BRENDAN:Thatís all I can remember.
FASSBENDER:All right, Iím just gonna come out and ask you. Who shot her in the head?
BRENDAN:He did.
FASSBENDER:Then why didnít you tell us that?
BRENDAN:Cuz I couldnít think ofit.
WIEGERT:Now you remember it? (Brendan nods ďyesĒ) Tell us about that then.
BRENDAN:That he shot her with his .22.

This is from the march 1st confession. The detectives brought up that she was shot (this was already public knowledge so it doesn't matter) I am pointing out the stuff he knew THAT WASN'T public knowledge.

Here is some more stuff (most of this is copied from a poster elsewhere for full disclosure)

http://static1.squarespace.com/stati...+1%2C+2006.pdf

Pg 604:shows Fassbender and Wiegert trying to get more information about the plate removal from Dassey, but he remains adamant that he doesn't know what Avery did with the plates after he remove

Pg: 605 Dassey mentions the cut on Avery's finger.

607-608:is where Dassey says they burnt the bed sheets, and that the sheet had a blood stain on it. He also says that they would throw Teresa's clothes (Daisy Fuentes button found in the fire pit), and other items they used to clean up the garage into the fire.d them from the RAV4. If he were indeed making scenarios up in his head and throwing them out there to appease the investigators (as Buting alluded to), then I see no reason why he wouldn't do it here as well.

609:"We threw gas on it so he could get it off. Then he tried paint thinner and then he went to bleach to get it off and like, he like, probably like, he went like he was spraying it like. I thought he got it on the floor and it splashed up on my pants or something." Coincidentally, bleach was found on his jeans.

611:talks about where Avery got the bleach and how he used a band-aid for his cut finger. Also mentions his plan on crushing the car, unprovoked.

618-619:are when Dassey mentions the two phone calls Avery received from Jodi that night. Granted this does not make him guilty of anything, but it does place him with Avery for the duration of Halloween for both phone calls to have taken place and he witnessed both.

(how did he know about this)

Pages 620-622: Dassey describes items in the burn barrel

627:is where Dassey details where the gun was located that was used to shoot Teresa.

633-634:detail what they used to keep the fire burning.

643-644:have both investigators trying to get Dassey to admit to using the rope hanging from the rafters in the garage in the commission of the crime, but he's adamant that everything involving rope took place in the bedroom.

another false positive for you smacc

662-663: false positive about the tattoo

This is not what a false confession looks like imo.

Welcome to the fun world of special pleading. You will see this often with avery fans.

Expects there to be no bullet or bullet fragments because claims that bullets couldn't have passed through any part of her body..

Expects there to be a bunch of bullet and bullet fragments because there are shell casings.

What a confusing world you must find yourself in sir.

For the sake of all arguments presented and to prevent unnecessary discussions that may follow about if it could or could not have happened in the garage.. I will give you this argument.

Now, you admit that you believe she was burned in his burn pit
You admit that it is her bones in his burn pit
You know that the fuel in the burn pit (tires) was intertwined with her bones
You know that dassey admits to helping with this fire, under oath, in court as he is claiming to be innocent.

Therefore you MUST conclude that at the very least he helped dispose of the body. Correct?

First-time having sex (with a stranger who was tied to a bed in front of his uncle), knifed, dragged to a car, dragged out of the car, and placed back in the garage. Understandable with all that commotion to forget that she was shot 11 times. He did recall punching her, hitting her, cutting off her hair, and stabbing her head. The 11 gun shots also? Just needed his memory to be rejogged by the investigator who was the only one privileged to that information. Anybody could forget seeing a naked, bloodied woman that is barely alive on the floor being shot 11 times.

I think you do not understand what he is saying. Lets please keep in mind that we are dealing with a person who cannot articulate their thoughts very well. And someone who is likely shook up by what he is admitting to.

What I think he is saying here is that he was telling them about what happened in the bedroom and wasn't thinking about what happened after ( in the garage) I do not think he is actually saying he forgot completely what happened with the gun. Just that it wasn't at the front of his mind because he is talking about what HE actually did to her and what is likely causing him to have remorse.
04-16-2016 , 03:25 AM
And out of all the stuff I posted about his confession that is the one thing you chose to address? Not all the stuff he knew that he shouldn't have. Cool stuff.

You mean the one piece of evidence they knew that nobody else did? That they were trying any and all means to get out of him? That they just couldn't hold it in and had to tell him that she was shot in the head after he kept guessing at punching, kicking, stabbing, cutting her hair?

Some of the loudest sounds in the world. Eleven gun shots. To a naked, bloodied woman on a garage floor that is barely alive. That he just forgot. Yeah, small item to choose to address.
04-16-2016 , 08:53 AM
Please show me where they try and get information about the cut on his finger?
Please show me where they try and get information about the burn barrell?
Please show me where they try and get information about him talking to joid?
Please show me where they try and get information about what was used to clean the garage?
Please show me where they try and get information about what gun was used?

NONE OF THESE THINGS WERE FED TO HIM! He knew them all and the public didn't.

Lol the cops brought up she was shot. He is confessing to murdering her yet forgot about that part? Ok.

What did he bring up? The .22? Lol. That's the most common rifle. That is not adding anything. Does Avery own handguns, machine guns and other weaponry?

I am not admitting any of that lol. I'm saying if he did it, then that's the most likely way I think it happened. Killing her in the garage and doing a dexter level cleanup is lol thought process.

I have already addressed this. You are taking his words at face value and refusing to consider that he may not mean he actually "forgot". It is pretty clear based on context that he is saying that wasn't at the front of his mind because at the moment he was talking about what he did, in the trailer.

Also, read the whole post you just quoted, there are several things he said that is corroborated with evidence that he shouldn't have known.
