Re: Making a Murderer

Watched the first one...interesting, but kinda boring. I think it's because the Averys are no Robert Durst. The reason why The Jinx was so good was because of that insane character. Steven Avery is just not that interesting...

But the rest of you are saying it's really good, so I guess I'll keep watching.

I watched all 10 in less than 24 hours, so obviously I thought it was very interesting. That said I think Dateline could have done a fine job in 2 hours with what was there, less detail, but they could have covered it pretty well.

What bothers me the most:

Ugh, four episodes in and I feel like I'm going to end up watching the whole thing tonight.

Keep at it, Dom. The story more than makes up for the lack of depth to the Avery family.

Every single one of those crooked ****s should be tossed in gen. pop. Just so disgusting that they get to go on with their lives as if nothing happened.

Re: Making a Murderer

Even if Steven is slow, seems weird to keep all the evidence on your property if you kill someone. Seems extremely convenient that everything was there especially when he knows that the county is actively going after him. How the **** does the M county get in with the 2nd investigation is amazing. Right there, there is something ****ing wrong. The key magically showing up when those 2 M county cops got involved is absolutely amazing.

The fact that it happens once in M county to him should make anything and everything be questioned.

Re: Making a Murderer

Found this to be totally riveting. Watched it straight through, 7 yesterday and 3 today. Took me an episode to really get into it and the last 2 seemed to drag a little but what a story! You can't make this stuff up.

Very biased though and not sure what we weren't told. But I am guessing this doc will probably stir some activism ala the Paradise Lost boys.

Meh, not as incriminating as I though it seemed at 3 am.

Re: Making a Murderer

I just finished episode 4. This is making me so angry it's almost hard to keep watching. I hope there's a special place in hell waiting for these corrupt/incompetent *******s who railroaded this poor bastard. I mean, I'm assuming they're still walking around on the street in Wisconsin somewhere. disgusting

Totally agree with both of you. I had to stop after episode 3 as It really was extremely frustrating to watch.
