Since you're read his full testimony, why not enlighten us on his explanation for this?

Steven Avery is 5'4" and she described her attacker as being 5'10"。 Sure I'll give her a little leeway, but being off by 6 inches is looking a lot like someone?

Additionally, the sheriff didn't push the new evidence when colburn was called in 1995 or whatever when the sheriff claimed they had their man. It's also funny that they filled out said report a day after SA was released.
Specifically in one of their first interviews while she was still in the hospital a deputy who was friends with the woman SA threatened told the victim that he description sounded like Steven Avery. Poisoning the well.

What would you do if you were a prosecutor and had zero doubt that he was guilty?

What they did fits both both the literal and figurative meanings of "frame" as well as the definition as pertains to criminal investigations.

Lol I gotta say, regardless of one's feelings about Avery's guilt, this Kratz guy is just an amazingly slimy individual. Those texts he sent to the domestic violence victim, jfc.

So, in this hypothetical, you agree that Colburn is a terrible cop and capable of playing fast and loose with evidence.

Kratz is a scumbag for sure.

Defending the sketch artist is so incredibly dumb. The sketch not only looks more like SA than Gregory Allen, it looks like SA's old mugshot, not like what he looked like at the time of the rape.

Even though his testimony sound ridiculous, I'll let it get through the BS detector to make a point. The motion to suppress evidence filing states:

Quote:
Lt. Lenk, Sgt. Colborn, and Deputy Kucharski of the Calumet County Sheriff’s
Department entered the defendant’s trailer on November 8, 2005. They remained in the
trailer from 8:25 am. through 12:08 pm. As the court understands the testimony, they
entered the trailer for the purpose of seizing the defendant’s computer pursuant to a
separate search warrant that had been obtained. In addition to seizing the computer under the new search warrant, they also took swabs of some blood spots the crime lab had found in the bathroom.
So wtf did the bookcase have to do with anything?

Also,

Not exactly twisted, shaken, or pulled, is it?

Dunno, but to say he's 5'11" you'd have to be blind, dishonest, stupid or have never seen the show. There are many shots of him standing with other people and he's obviously kinda short.

I don't mind him posting, he brings up some good stuff to research.

Ya, you guys caught me. I haven't watched the show. I just got so interested in a random case that I started reading transcripts, following twitter pages,fb groups and watched videos of the actual confession because.. Well just because.... (sarcasm)

Why the heck would I be here if I didn't watch the show? Holy hell.

Same kind of stuff truthers said to me when loose change first came out. Its funny because eventually the majority of people will realize this doc fooled a bunch of people into apologizing for a murderer, then only the fringe supporters will remain defending him. Hopefully, you will be on the right side of this argument eventually.

Of the 4 options I gave (blind, dishonest, stupid, or not having seen the show) I didn't think that not having seen the show was the most likely.

Dateline is doing a show refuting the MAM Doc.. That should be interesting. Maybe if there are moving pictures you guys can use some critical thinking.
