I was reading about this case earlier today.

I don't buy the story that this was a 'game' of Russian Roulette gone to its logical conclusion.

Since only the perpetrators are left to tell the tale, I doubt the true facts will ever be known.

The shooter is said to have injured himself bashing his head against the windscreen.

In before CV claims that Infact the facts say it was a game gone wrong....

Maybe it was, or maybe it wasn't, we won't know until due process ensues & shooter's been charged with manslaughter anyway.

A third cop stated that he reminded them they were police officers & he didn't feel comfortable with situation so facts do seem to indicate a game gone wrong. I agree with the officer being charged & not sure why you appear to be intimating I blindly agree with LE by rote as I don't. I think Daniel Holtzclaw is very probably guilty & a predator, for example. And it would be irrelevant if I did anyway, as again you guys need to provide exculpatory evidence, evidence for a frame up for Avery or inarguable examples of coercion or habeas violations re Dassey & refute the findings of separate courts of law. So far all you've provided is argument masquerading as evidence & false claims by Zellner in her latest submission.

Thanks again from the quotes, Loudz still hasn't provided any evidence that Avery was ever framed. Nor was he framed for rape & Loudz has been repeatedly challenged to provide evidence of this, but still asserts it anyway. Just more spam from Avery's groupie cult.

She's really stupid. Of course she needs to seek evidence, onus not upon state to prove guilt again, that ship sailed, onus on Zellner to provide exculpatory evidence or evidence of unfair due process which would grant Cuddly Bear a retrial. So far she's doing nothing but striking out.

The prosecution wants to hide evidence, and some bootlicking trolls approve.

The State tells the jurors the bones weren't Teresa, then tells the Halbachs they are Teresa's.

Now the State doesn't want the public to know who they were lying to.



So we have witnesses who saw Teresa leave ASY, cellphone pings that indicate she left ASY, trained tracking dogs that follow her scent off ASY, and human remains found away from ASY the State gave to the Halbachs as being Teresa's.

All the evidence seems to be pointing toward Seven's innocence, and framing by authorities.

The State's response seems to indicate they should be able to withhold and conceal evidence with impunity.

The State's actions constitute consciousness of their guilt.

Following up on this story, the cops were drinking and the shooting took place about 20 minutes after the arrival of the shooter.

The victim's husband was working when this incident occurred.

The shooter appears to have a black eye.

A witness reports shouting before the discharge of the weapon.

The facts are beginning to point toward an altercation between the shooter and the victim ending with a murder.

The shooter is out on bail.

Onus not on state to prove guilt again. Onus on Zellner to seek evidence that would show the established fats are wrong. Read that as many times as you need for it to sink in.

It still hasn't sunk in that the state hiding evidence is not only a violation of civil rights (I know - PC culture gone mad!) but is also a crime.

Meanwhile the state tries desperately to cover up its malfeasance despite all the evidence of it already on record.
