One new person obviously late to the thread makes one new post and will probably never be back here yet that prompts the labelling of "full-blown conspirapalooza."

I guess that's how the cat incident becomes definitive proof of a "full blown" kidnapping, raping, mutilating murderer and his raping, mutilating, murdering 16 year old sidekick.

From the Scott Peterson trial:

***Members of the jury stated in later press appearances that they felt that Peterson's demeanor – specifically, his lack of emotion and the phone calls to Frey in the days following Laci's disappearance – indicated he was guilty.***

I take it you want a retrial of Scott Peterson since the jury found him guilty of murder on his demeanor.

This is why everyone in the courtroom should be covered with tarps, so no one is influenced by anyone else's demeanor.

It looks like an amicus brief has been submitted in support of Brendan Dassey:

Brandon Garrett seems to be well respected in the legal community.

So it doesn't absolve SA or BD of murder, correct? Just muddies the prosecution's theory. Unless they can trace bullet/bullet hole to another person.

It's more than that if the police covered the bullet hole after getting the car on the property.

I fail to see how KK can successfully prosecute SA for being the only one responsible for the murder of TH and then weeks later successfully prosecute BD as a homicide accomplice.

It would seem logical that BD would be allowed to use KK's statement at the SA trial in his own defense. Or KK would have to explain in front of a jury why there is a disparity.

I think the laws may have changed in Wisconsin since SA/BD convictions and no longer is the same prosecutor allowed to charge two different people for the same crime.

Another one of those issues that "guilders" probably just chalk up that both are guilty of murder and who cares about the investigation or trial.

In this we have the advantage over the two juries - we can see the prosecution had doubts about their own 'theory' of the crime.

Yes, if Brendan's lawyers weren't intent on making sure Brendan was convicted, they might have explored that option.

There do seem to be some that have convinced themselves that Steven and Branden are just bad people who need to be robbed of their freedom, and don't give a flying **** about whether they are actually guilty of any crime against Teresa Halbach.

Oral arguments before the court regarding statements coerced from Brendan Dassey sometimes called a 'confession':

Bump. Zellner's brief has been filed. It's posted on her website:

No big surprise in the brief. Mostly expert destroying kk evidences and her advancing a new suspect.
Making a Murderer Quote
06-08-2017 , 03:57 AM
From what I read she's making out Teresa's ex could be a suspect/perp. If so, she's spitting in the faces of the Halback family. Needlessly re-opening their wounds and basically trying to convict him in the court of public opinion despite no evidence existing to even charge him. But of course multiple courts of law can be rejected for our two special little guys while innuendo & speculation is sufficient for everyone else. How Zellner sleeps at night is beyond me & I hope he sues the crap outa her. Utterly obscene.

From what i read from your post you didnt read even her intro.
anyone with common sense read that the police is the one that spat in halback family face by not investigating the crime properly.
As for the Ex-bf, zellner has evidences that he used false name to go on the property and multiple testimony that he was abusive and obsesive while no investigation has been done.

Thinking that an attorney shouldnt defend her client because it might offend a family has to be a joke. let s keep that guy in jail when he already spent half his life in jail for no reason because you know the family is still grieving the victim of a crime he didnt commit.

cliff note from the paper :
- dna on the key found after beeing planted by LE most likely contain DNA from avery toothbrush that has been stolen while he was out of town when they searched his property.
- blood in the RAV 4 has been planted inside, the one in the carpet didnt go deep enough to be blood dripping, the stain near ignition come from avery's sink that got mysteriously cleaned
- DNA on hoodlach is bogus as ****
- The bullet didnt go throughout anybody s skull and doesnt contain any dna from the victim
- LE misrepresented many testimonies from witness
- the voicemail left presented in court was concerning another appointment, and the real voicemail has been allegedly shredded by KK, most likely event , avery wasnt the last person to see her like KK pretended.
- expert say that she was struck near her car with some kind of hammer.
- colborn lied about when he was on the property

- lot of stuff discrediting his previous lawyers as expected and needed for the current filing

we have only 1/6 of the filing for now

Except they did investigate the crime properly and found sufficient evidence to arrest, try and convict both murderers. Zellner is spitting in their faces and villifying someone for whom no evidence exists to even charge unlike Avery & Dassey who were convicted by separate courts based on the evidence.

Yes I get that you think innuendo & speculation is sufficient for RH while multiple courts of law can be rejected for The Railroaded Ones, without specifying how they erred mind. But as it stands, Zellner's theories & fairy tales aren't actual evidence nor is there any evidence that proves innocence nor is there any proof that anyone other than Avery & Dassey did it.

So it's okay to smear people when there's no evidence to even charge them long as it "feels" right, huh? Avery hasn't spent half his life in jail for no reason, he's currently serving life without (and I DO mean without) parole for murdering Teresa Halbach & also for animal cruelty & running a woman off the road & attempting to kidnap her at gunpoint. He's a genuine exoneree for rape but nonetheless a very bad man, a danger to women and he'll hopefully die in prison and has his murderous psychopathic ass buried in the prison cemetery in a cheap-ass pine box.

Prove it. LE had no need to plant the key. Remove the key from the equation & you could still convict Avery several times over and could still convict Dassey.

Lol. Guess what I'm gonna say next? It starts with "P"...

Quote:

Court didn't think so.

Quote:
- the voicemail left presented in court was concerning another appointment, and the real voicemail has been allegedly shredded by KK,
Lol. Allegedly huh? I'm sure he's preparing a new identity to flee to Mexico as we speak...

Trial court established otherwise.
Quote:

Expert hired by....?

Quote:

Has he been charged with perjury?

So Strang & Buting were incompetent huh? To go witht the jury misconduct & blood tampering? Steve sure is unlucky isn't he? Speaking of the red stuff, what's the deal on that whole blood planted in the RAV4 thingy? How's that progressing?

Another question if I may- you reckon RH is gonna be charged based on Zellner's shocking fairy tal... um revelations? Or not? Seeing as Stevie & Bren are so innocent and railroaded & soon to be exonerated and stuff?

Also, based on the evidence itself do you think more evidence exists against RH for murdering Ms Halbach than exists against Avery & Dassey?

Steve is unlucky. If he wasn't super unlucky or the town wasn't filled with a bunch of crooked cops he wouldn't have been in jail for his first conviction. Once you realize the cops could be in on it and then get involved in the investigation, everything rightly should be questioned. Again this gets down to is steve Avery an idiot, most will say yes, then how did he masterfully plant and not plant evidence like a genius.

Corpus is an idiot is what i'm getting anyway.
How did they carry out their investigation properly, tell me please from start to finish.

There is no way they can say with reasonable doubt Steven and Brendan killed her, open your eyes a little.
And no he has not spent half his life before this in prison for killing a cat or kidnap so stop with the bs, he was locked up half his life for something he was cleared of.

Yeah dudes a moron. He clearly doesn't understand how a court of law works. Hint: Zellner doesn't need evidence strong enough to convict RH because she's not a prosecutor. She only needs enough evidence to cast doubt that SA A and BD did it.

Apparently identifying Teresa's murderer is some kind of insult to her family. Is corpus insinuating the family wanted her dead?

Yes, the prosecution case presented by drug addled sex deviant Kenny 'The Prize' Kratz is a joke.

Only inbred morons could have bought such a pile of bull****.

But then, they probably think Jesus rode a dinosaur into Jerusalem on his way to wrestle with Satan in a grudge match...

This isn't entirely true, she needs to present new evidence that could have changed the decision if it were available at the time of their trial. The evidence also has to be pretty strong. None of this as far as I can tell is either new or strong.
