So was K.K at SA's the day the RAV4 was found?

http://www.stevenaverycase.org/wp-co...-2007Feb15.pdf

Yup.

Read the FBI's crime scene report above as to why this should never happen Revots.

When i began watching MaM, I didn't want the results to be spoiled for me, but it quickly became obvious thought that there would only be one way that it would turn out.

At that point, I became less concerned with answering "will they be found guilty?" and instead focused on the question: "will a single public official in this entire documentary demonstrate any redeeming qualities whatsoever?"

This conversation has become ridiculous. But I am still fascinated by how otherwise intelligent human beings can not understand how this man is clearly guilty. Its like religion.

how can someone so 100% sure of something be only willing to bet 10% of their yearly salary on it?

if I was ever 100% convinced of something I would bet 100% of my salary + whatever I could borrow on it.

Now you just look foolish or oddly desperate. I can at least admit that to the uninformed and/or weak minded, there are SOME things that can make him seem guilty.

Even PoorSkillz doesn't take the "clearly guilty" stance.

I was going to stay away from this but, "and I want you to be honest now", what connection to you have to the Halbachs and or LEOs of Manitowoc? The over explanations and repeat arguments that have been thoroughly taken apart are beyond annoying now. They are actually a bit propaganda-ish at this point.

Are you tired? Now resorting to the "he's clearly guilty" argument? That's all you got left?

This is the toughest part for me. In the documentary and outside the documentary there has not been a single person associated with any level of government, in this debacle, who does not come across as a bad actor. It is pretty depressing actually.

It's weird as a kid we used to go pretty close to that part of Wisconsij in the summer times. I grew up in Northern Illinois. I can't imagine ever wanting to go back to Wisconsin at this point and time. The entire state seems to be systemically Ill from a government stand point.

Again, read the transcripts.
Still not even convinced you have Netflix to be honest.

Guess I will go search the Netflix thread transcripts to see if you ever posted there.

I have never heard of or seen a public figure run on the platform of "taking a tough stance for criminal defendant's rights."
Agree 100%. Prosecutors jobs depend on conviction rates. DA's get elected based on getting people convicted (so they can buy 300k houses and try to sexually antagonize victims). Police depend on making arrests and having people put in jail. The system is broken to its core. None of this is how it is supposed to work. I live in Texas where trial lawyers run the entire state so I know what a crazy amount of entrenched power exists.

This case points out the huge conflicts you have, especially in a smaller area with prosecutors who want to become judges. There simply is no reason for those in control of the system to make it more equitable or to actually try to put it where it belongs. They have nothing to gain. They have gamed the system to their own benefit.

Whoever said I was 100% sure on this? Clear guilt is not being 100% sure. "are you absolutely sure" ya, like arguing with someone about religion.

You said you were in communication with TH's friends and some other people in the area or something like that.

Lie much?

Yes i talk to some of her friends, I'm not "connected" to them. At least not in any way you're implying .

I'm not implying anything. I'm asking what your connection is. If you talk to them, then you have some kind or degree of connection. Are you friends? Are you facebook friends? Are you acquaintances? What's the deal?

You just got caught lying.

Most people ITT aren't willing to agree with objective information that goes against their beliefs; trying to get them to agree on something as subjective as this isn't going to go over well...

Its like the 5th interview if you count interviews in the fall.

However, people who falsely confess under the reid technique don't come back and confess like this. Coerced confessions that you sometimes see from this technique come from lack of sleep, water, food etc.. Nothing like that happened here. YOu can tell he isn't tense or upset while confessing. This is not him being coerced.

The posters on your side of the argument are the only ones who keep mentioning conspiracies and the like.
I took Oski asking what he did to be suggesting that the nonsense you continually spout could only be offered by someone with an ulterior motive.

No conspiracy mate. Just a reasonable reaction to lots of stoopid stuff being said.

What's even funnier is you then go on to admit you actually do have some connection to the H's.

Schizophrenia much?
