Someone needs to tell that moron to quit writing women from prison. While the last one written to Jodi in August is not quite as bad as the letters he wrote to his first wife, he is doing himself no favors.

Yes, but BD told his cousin and another friend about seeing the dead body. The police brought him in as a witness, not a suspect. They told him the only way to get the images out of his mind and making him sad was to tell the truth. He then told them he raped her, cut her throat, cut off her hair, stabbed her in the stomach, cleaned up with bleach and paint thinner, helped burn her body and helped stash the car.

Which cannot possibly have happened. That is what you just don't understand no matter how many times somebody takes you by the hand and walks you through it.

My read was they used the "recover your password" option and correctly guessed the questions. I bet a few people in your family or close friends could answer those questions on a few of your accounts. Especially in 2005 it would have been even more primitive like what city were you born, who was your childhood best friend etc

The only DNA found to belong to TH was on the Bullet & the bullet was not treated with ANY CARE when getting tested( read the link that I posted above concerning the buting filling) but not only that but also the fact that it was tested by the SAME person who tested WRONGLY that the hair to convict SA in his 1st trial is a misstep to say the least by MS CL.
Also if you look at the video below that fruit snacks posted it should actually be beneficial to the defences point that with so much searching going on they MISSED a bullet in the garage.
How many times did they search the garage?
No Worries lenk found it.
They also missed the KEY 6 times or 2/12 hrs of searching as poorskillz puts it, there is a video of them searching in which an officer remarks that"hey we should take these shoes to match up to any unsolved burglaries." But & its a bit BUT the photo that was took of the KEY sitting on the ground when LENK said he shook the cabinet still has all its content IN,ONTOP, including PAPER & a remote control. Yep the actual crime photo......Took before the KEY was removed for analysis.
See a previous post of mine for the photo
But I don't see where you're going with this question -- Avery's and Halbach's DNA are the only two they found, and they found it all in locations relevant to the presumed scenario. That it was all planted is the defense he presented at trial, not that they didn't find any.*
You use the work "all" ?Why.
They found 1 piece of TH dna Yes 1 little bit that could only be USED ONCE FOR ANALYSIS because of "see above^^ cause it was so small only 1 test could be done on it.
NO DNA on the KEY by TH is suspicious is it not?

More importantly, they didn't find evidence of anyone else, so if the theory is that someone else murdered her on the property (per Avery's filing) then this becomes even more difficult to sustain, does it not?
More importantly this proves without a doubt that BD was not in or around SA trailer or GARAGE & that SA liked his privacy(which is common for someone that served a long jail term) and YEAH AND the fact that(see fruit snacks post above) the PD could not find any DNA(no key or bullet found yet) then they had every reason to PLANT the bones THAT WERE FOUND TO BE IN A QUARRY NEAR BY. And also the fact that the CRIME LAB was not informed until the MCPD had moved the bones in the PIT beside SA property, now why would they do this to the ONLY PIECE on evidence found(blood in car was not analized at this time) is a BIG Q is it not. Also why was the COUNTY CORONER BANNED from the SITE & INVESTIGATION.

This is why his third-party-liability claims are doomed except if he accuses Brandon of acting alone: there is no evidence of anyone else on the property (including Brandon, whose participation was very limited in my estimation) but they do have Brandon's admission of his involvement/presence.
These fillings were done by JAILHOUSE lawyers, not actual LAWYERS in practice.

* On this point, can someone tell me what the Avery team did with this information, if true? Like did they file any complaints with the lab licensing bodies, DOJ, the press, etc., that this was going on? Surely in ten years they might have found time to mention it to a higher authority and didn't just do nothing after that line of argument failed...?
See my link above that Mr Buting filled regarding the MS Crime Lab.

The guessing of the passwords & then the judge not allowing SA lawyers in investigating the "missing voicemail messages" has bothered me a lot.

A couple of other things that really bothers me is.
1: Why when taking photo's for auto trader did her boss not report her missing that day.? (I know she was freelance but woulden't auto trater want those photo's ASAP?)

2: And if her boss said she reported TH missing from work on Tuesday who recieved this information?(the roommate?) Maybe her boss only had a home phone No. for her. But Family only reported her missing on Thursday.

3: Were the photo's ever posted on Auto Trader.

4:What would TH have used to post the photo's on Auto trader in 2005 I.E take to office or use a home device?

5:Why was the evidence from the trucker never followed up by MCPD that he seen a SUV leaving around 4pm or introduced by the defense.(Denny's Law?)

6: Why did the family only report TH missing on thursday when they say that they are a close family & that TH lived on the property close by her parents house(same grounds I presume) & near 1 of her brothers(a few hundred yards I believe).
^^ I am not saying the family had anything to do with this case but THAT video shown in the DOC does ask questions(If I die before 30 & no mention of the word "Brother")
I do believe that Q 6 above was that the familys in a murder case always show solidarity.

Add to that:
1 $36 mil lawsuit
2 The Insurance not willing to pay out $36mil & doing its own investigation of the MCPD.
3 Possibly A federal investigation into the people who oversaw the 1st wrongful conviction.
4 Then the 3 VICTIMS OF G.Allen possibly also suing.
5 The reopening of other cases if/when any wrong doing is found.
6 The MS CL also being under investigation & losing much needed funds to run the crime lab.

I'd say it was safe to say that SA(if he won his case ofc) was about to bring the house of MCPD & MC to its knee's

He's not a ******. No one has said he is a ******. Everyone has said he is near the borderline for ******ation. He's like Forrest Gump in that regard.

This dude is a good example of how dumb jurors put innocent people away for life.
I believe that SA called him over and that they burned evidence in a bonfire. You don't? He told this to his cousin. He told this to the police multiple times. I do not believe about the tying up and raping in the trailer part.

I wonder how effective that would be at preventing blood spillage.
Probably better than nothing, although probably not great at stopping bullets as well as preventing blood spatter, entry and exit wound spray and cast off spray. Where is the "creeper" now? Was it crushed? Or was it what SA and BD used as a fire accelerant to get the fire hot enough?

This is fantastic. It's the wrong story. Even fruit snacks thinks that this part of BD's confession was a lie.

This would be the time line (correct me if I'm wrong).

-Before March: BD tells his cousin this stuff before his first interview.
-March 1st: BD tells the cops this is what happed.
-March 7th: Cousin tells cops this is what BD told her.
-March 13th: Cops coerce BD to change his story which changes the crime scene to the garage and also removes the mail and woman screaming events.

How is stuff like this tolerated?
