I've never read the comics, so when I first saw the trailer for the show I checked out the Legion wikipedia page, he's mentioned there. The story from the comics seems totally different, though.

I enjoyed the heck out of the show and it was ballsy television. But in the end all the whizz-bang failed to hide that there was a pretty mediocre story underneath it all.

I thought she'd end up in Oliver, but I wasnt sure how we'd get there from blondey touching him.

I wish it were more clear that she chose oliver, because he's a pretty good host. It made it seem like happenstance.

I dont think that we needed that after-credits scene one bit. Regardless, season 2 has a lot of posssibilities. The title Legion has always made me think that there will be a real super group, rather than just David and a bunch of shmucks. S2 could easily start from scratch and introduce a whole new character who will end up in said super group

In ep 7, Oliver tells Carey that he read David's and the creature's minds when they were first with him and got the creature's name because the creature was too busy controlling David. How Carey recognizes the name is unclear. Seemed like he is a villain he had known from the distant past.

episode 5 is so excellent.

and then episode 6 is great, especially the last scene. when aubry plaza confronts David.

This is a cool article, that if nothing else, transcribes a lot of that scene. and the work aubry did in that episode
