From the interviews posted he said there are going to be resolutions and forward movement. He said he didn't like the "Lost" type of show where the resolution to mystery is forever delayed.

I thought ep. 5 was kinda weak. Ending had potential tho.

Episode 5 . “It wears a human face.” I liked it when Kerry and Cary merged together and also the part where they suddenly couldn't hear each other. This show makes creative use of sound as well visuals. The "monster" is real creepy in certain forms. Para-psychological science fiction, Grade A, so far.

Ive never seen a more gripping show, that if you tried to explain it to someone, it is complete nonsense.

I've come to the weird conclusion that the story actually needs another twist for me to really like it. If the ending is just that David defeats his inner parasite mutant with the help of his friends and the astral plane comatose dude, and then they exit the dream state or whatever they're in, and then frizzy haired bad guy almost kills them back in the real world but David saves them all with his newfound control over his powers and they all live happily ever after... meh. The show has been so weird and out there most of the time that I'm going to be disappointed if it has a predictable ending.

I've been spoiled by the brilliant work of people like... Noah Hawley.

Episode 6. This show is "mind-blowing." I haven't wanted to put headphones on since watching that episode. Best scene was Lenny finally explaining to David what she had been doing (she is a poisonous fungus) and why and how she didn't understand human love and mentioning God. Also, Lenny does that great creepy dance to Nina Simone's "Its a new day".

I wouldn't mind a predictable ending in ep. 7 and ep. 8 after all these six episodes of wild imagination. But since the producers want to have a Season 2 teaser, our heroes probably won't have a total victory this season, I would think.

I thought the past two episodes were weak. They could of thrown those two in one episode and it would of been almost passable for me. Hopefully the next one hits the spot for me.

This has surprisingly, given what happened in first episode, become the best role and performance of Aubrey Plaza's career. While I didn't like this last episode much, it was a real showcase for her.

I don't know. Things do escalate in episode 3 but if you didn't like the first two I don't think you're going to find what you're looking for.

Personally, I think this show is ridiculously good and when it wraps up we slide right into Fargo S3. Good stuff.

I wasn't thrilled with the last episode, there was some good stuff but I was wanting it to be over more than wanting the time to slow down.

I thought the very beginning was great, with AP counseling them all one-by-one. but then it lagged the rest of the way.

it seemed like a cost-effective episode.

I enjoyed all the episodes quite a bit up until the two most recently released ones. I still got high hopes for this series to finish strong. Alot of series have a few dud episodes mixed in the good ones.

The last two felt like they were dragging to me and i just wanted to get it over with. The rest of them have been more of the "man i dont want the episode to end" type feeling.

Yea this was the first time I was wanting them to speed up. This episode we really didn't learn anything. We knew that Lenny was a parasite and I guess we got some clarification that it's a fungus? Maybe? Or probably a non corporal mutant. But that was about it. Even when the show is spinning its wheels it's still visually interesting and Audrey Plaza is crazy good.

Okay, that was amazing...but I'm confused...who is Farouk?? Have we met him before? I feel like we should know that the Farouk being the Shadow King/parasite is someone we should already know...

Anyone else catch the "X" in this episode?

I knew who he was supposed to be and don't think it was mentioned at all in the show so far.

And yeah, one of the coolest episodes of television I've ever seen. Wow. Didn't want it to end.

Best episode yet, and I don't think we were supposed to know anything about Farouk/Shadow King.

Well, does that mean Farouk/Shadow king is from the X-Mem comics and you knew that?

So I'm back to having no idea wtf is going on. I'm skeptical that this thing is going to stick the landing, but what a ride.
