Re: Karl Pilkington - an idiot abroad
Karl sat there in full drag eating chicken nuggets has to be one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

Being buried alive just involves laying there and doing nothing. One of Karl's favourite activities.
When he was singing with the mongols and just ad libbing what he thought was what they sounded like.. lol.

He is a character. Just not a fictional one.

Re: Karl Pilkington - an idiot abroad
that monster munch bit was very funny, his face on the 'we'll never know' bit and then 'look at him, he's reading it first! what an idiot!'

Re: Karl Pilkington - an idiot abroad
The kick boxing sequence was top drawer. The bit where Karl says "**** off" and the gets slapped was my favourite bit of the episode.

Ricky's latest blog entry was quite funny too (and kinda sweet really the way he talks about Karl as his best mate):

I'm only halfway through this ep but it might be the funniest one yet.

this was a great line
I just watched the Comedy Lab episode with Karl (2007). In it they had him take a Mensa IQ test and they said he scored an 83. Anyone buy that?

Yes, his IQ as 83 seems reasonable. He's intelligent in ways that aren't measured by IQ tests. I definitely see how he could struggle with IQ tests though. Anyone remember monkeys at a typewriter for infinity?
