If there's any criticism that I can offer of this show, it's that Tim and Rachel are underutilized. Before binge rewatching this show, I had forgotten about quite a bit of the great dialogue involving one or both of those characters. Left me wanting more.

I hope there's a lot more Raylan and Tim together this season.

That whole sequence in the pizza place with Tim and Choo Choo and Sea Bass was like redneck poetry.

Muck was on it. Good chance there are others too.

Also, it's amazing just how many unknown actors who appeared in BoB have since gone on to become super famous.

pretty sure its just been muck, luz, compton, guarnere and malarky.

there have been like 9 or 10 actors from deadwood not including raylan.

That was a super episode. Tim and Choo Choo was fantastic as mentioned earlier. Raylan and Boyd just rule the screen when they're on it. Such huge characters.

in the scene where Boyd mentions Raylan's family, anyone get the feeling that's fioreshadowing for later in the season for maybe having Boyd threaten Winona and the baby in some way?

It would be a pretty steep departure for his character, unless they ramped up his desperation and moral decline in the next few episodes. Then again, that could just be me not wanting Boyd to go that dark because I like the character so much. I think it's great that in getting rid of a hilariously charming Dewey, they immediately and perfectly fill that void with Choo-Choo. Love that dude after 1 scene.

As a side note, my GF has lost interest (she tends to get fatigued from a show after X number of episodes.). So she's generally on her phone when I'm watching. Half-way through the episode she plays a youtube clip on her phone and did a slow "Is you crazy" head turn. I'm gonna miss this show when it ends.

In past episodes, Boyd has brought up the possibility of threatening another person's family. He directly did so when coercing that doctor to push his oxy in one of the early seasons.

i got more of the feeling it was a warning/headsup, that they are going to clash soon and there is gonna mean blodshed and in the end boyd really dont want to kill raylan but he will if it gets to it, he was kinda clinging with that dialogue to false hope of persuading raylan not to come after him.

you got a kid now, be a dad instead type of thing

raylan AND boyd dying, or boyd dying are the two most probable outcomes though.

Maybe it was he played such a psycho in Deadwood, but something about Garret Dillahunt just flat-out creeps me out.

This show is just an enjoyable hour of TV, it's easy to watch and gives you a bit of everything. It's like a really groovy album, and the only reason I check the time is to see how much more I get to watch.

My goodness Choo choo is freaking hilarious and of course GD is amazing.

I never even watched Deadwood, but he still totally creeps me out.

He was a good cyborg in the Terminator Chronicles.

Boyd asked Raylan if he still was so fearless now that he has a family and someone to care for.

It was the standard lone wolf hero becoming soft when he finally gets someone to care for and therefor hesitates when it matters.

Dewey 2.0 was definitely hilarious. Him and Raylan were great, and Tim, Sea Bass, and him were great as well. Tim is definitely an underrated character on the show.

There was a huge piece of foreshadowing of Dewey's necklace placed in that episode, so that's likely at least step one for how Boyd's going down.

And what's up with him always having to wipe his nose? He have allergies? I liked how when that old couple told him they wouldn't sell their property he started wiping his nose on their clean laundry. Then they called him a peacock and man, he did not like that.

You would probably really have been creeped out by him if you had seen him on SVU.
