Yea he looked bad because he was acting like a douche. Doesn't matter what the editing was. The editing didn't make him act like a total degen, creep staring at Vinny and his girl. Making that girl look sick. I love how Pauly was benefiting from Situations "aggression".
Seriously, what are the odds of Sitch having blown all his money in 5 years and starts doing porn to get by?

Re: Jersey Shore Season 2: Taking their Talents to South Beach
How is ronnie funny? Other than his 2 lines in these last 2 ep's he's pretty invisible. I mean he goes to a club with his gf and they spend most of the night sitting on a bench staring at each other. Then they go home and talk about how much fun they had and how good they are together. It's sad imo. I don't like married ronnie, or any sam.

showing snookie, sam & jwow sitting in the living room being silent and semi-ignoring each other and switching to MVP in the hot tub playing w/ a beach ball having a blast and then switching back to the girls being quiet on the couch was EPIC.

You left out how they always look the same when they dance. Can't blame that on Ronnie. Has to be Sam. Ronnie's got some moves.

Not as good as the cab scene, but close.

Re: Jersey Shore Season 2: Taking their Talents to South Beach
Just watched latest episode and haven't seen comments yet -- Situation tanked. Nice job MTV, let's take a story line tangent that destroys the star of our show. This should end well.

It's hard to imagine that there isn't more going on behind the scenes. I mean, he already pulled the robbery twice on Vinny and Vinny's never successfully done it to him, why would he feel the need to do it with Ramona? She clearly isn't the hottest girl he's seen in Miami. Situation seemed like he was just maybe drunk and as a result he couldn't properly calculate the interpersonal politics of being the alpha male of the group, so as a result he pissed a buncha people off. Thin line between being alpha and confident and just being narcissistic and a douche bag.

Yeah, there was lots of crafty editing going on for sure. It was blatantly obvious that they took a bunch of stuff and edited it together to make it look like Situation was running around the club sequentially trying to get people to go and run things and being told no and everyone saying something's wrong with him.

This 100%. Ronnie embarrassing himself or knocking some dude out cold in one shot is the only value he offers to the show.

Could the Situation be the one who had the coke problem? I think the next episode might tell us [more].

Re: Jersey Shore Season 2: Taking their Talents to South Beach
Snookie made a huge deal out of the first night when Mike tried making her leave. She let it absolutely ruin her time for no reason. Ryder was boring, nothing more to say about her. Except that she looked very trashy too.
I don't think Ron knocks Mike out every time they fight. If Ron misses the haymaker, I think he gets beat for sure. But if he connects, get mike a pillow.

and ya, ryder was the absolute worst, such a huge net negative. there was nothing attractive about them, the way they talk, look, just tilting. it made me want angelina back honestly.

ron's punches were pretty weak when he was training at the gym. that said, he's def more athletic that situation. situations muscles don't seem co-ordinated at all.

Re: Jersey Shore Season 2: Taking their Talents to South Beach
Ronnie is more athletic? I really don't want to get into this, but he's really not. He's just jacked. Most likely slow, and a smoker to boot. I think all of his laying around with sam is getting to him physically.
Also, ronnie looked over weight and bloated during that one after show.

Re: Jersey Shore Season 2: Taking their Talents to South Beach
Haven't watched Dancing With the Stars, but that'd probably be a decent gauge of his dancing ability. To me he just looks like one of those gym rats who bulks up a little too much and then becomes terrible at most sports involving any coordination or cardio. Ronnie is probably in the same boat though so it's hard to say.

Re: Jersey Shore Season 2: Taking their Talents to South Beach
Ronnie has more of an athletic build than Situation imo. A big part of fighting is just being crazy and not giving a **** about your personal welfare. Big edge there for Ronnie.

Re: Jersey Shore Season 2: Taking their Talents to South Beach
Ya poppin is probably right.
I remember a clip where they were playing football on the beach and sitch dropped a wide open slant. I haven't seen him dancing other than one clip, and he didn't look to majestic imo.
