Sal shooing the pigeons away was one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

I thought they did a great job of cycling in some awesome new gags. I hope it keeps up.

I just dropped acid and I thought I saw pigeons, A+

Great episode, really loved the blackout glasses challenge. LOL at both the pigeon bit and having Murr go through the bushes to the playground fence.

Great episode, as usual. Sals sister is hot.

This might have been best episode yet. Waterproof bread and Q telling that woman Sal talks about her all the time had me in tears laughing.

Definitely love having to compete for focus group over better invention. Lolz.

Anyone know when they filmed this show? Up until last month I used to work literally right behind where the pinata scene was shot. Too bad I never saw these guys filming.

GOAT challenge imo:

lol, just caught up on last two episodes - still hilarious as ****

I am honestly astounded that not more people know of this show, I can't imagine how anyone wouldn't love this show

Question for thread:

How many of you think that you would be able to pull off as high a percentage of these pranks as these guys? Be honest with yourselves. I would love to give it a shot, but there are just so many times where I can barely look at the screen because it's so awkard that I don't think I'd be able to do it.

Ofc the money would be a good motivator and that might make me do it, but what if you're not paid for it?

I don't think many could. It takes skill to do what these guys do to strangers without freaking them out or pissing them off. Especially when they do stuff like take food off a plate or shopping cart.

Also keep in mind with this stuff that when it gets super awkward they can just tell the mark "im jk its a tv show, theres the camera over there." If you just did this irl without a camera as an out (even if it was just for youtube), i think youd piss a lot of people off since youd just come off as a dick.

I also imagine in select cases the mark gets some kind of reward for being a good sport (the people whos food they ate off their plates for instance probably got a free meal from production). I imagine most people without a tv network behind them couldnt afford to do things like that.

Yeah, I think the camera is certainly a helpful safety net.

This season is a home run so far, imo. All three episodes have just been top notch with a bunch of memorable moments.

It's still the second season btw, not a third season :P

The second season is 28 episodes.

That punishment prank with the guys going into Sal's house when he was on vacation was top notch. Not sure if he was serious but he said on Twitter that he moved out. Lol.

I'm curious if/how they know who is being punished for each ep? I would love to see like a behind the scenes feature into how they edit the show. When they film challenges at various locations do they know which are going to be edited together on which episode? Like a usual ep will have 1 challenge in Brooklyn, 1 in Times Square, 1 in Jersey, etc. Do they know which ones will be used together in a single ep or do they just film a block and fuse them together in production?

I think they just go out and tape and later on it all gets edited to fit the story of who's winning.

Right but I'm saying if they film (let's say) 48 challenges to air on 12 episodes, there's many different ways the episodes could be edited together (ie who gets punished). Do they just agree to evenly split the punishments and then edit the 12 shows so everyone loses 3 times or is there a more "biased" way they decide?
Impractical Jokers Quote

There has to be a more biased way, since Sal seems to lose about 40% of the time.

Yea Sal definitely loses a lot. Lol. I think they just enjoy torturing him.
