Going into FJ:
Caroline $7400
Ryan $11600
Donna $18800

Caroline bets $7400, Ryan $10222 and Donna $4000.

Would have been awesome if Caroline got it right with the other two missing but unfortunately it was the other way round.

At least wagering $4000 isn't as bad as $4001 to $4399..

Also I just got reminded that during the Jeopardy Masters tournament, Sam told a story about declining the opportunity to go to the Titanic wreck on a submersible from his friend's company..

Today they went to FJ at $7600, $8000 and $8400 and bet $2000, $5000 and $6000 respectively.

Maybe there's some kind of bet or running joke going on among contestants..

Yes, that was her best shot at getting a tie breaker question. Not many people have the chance to play on Jeopardy, let alone face a tie breaker for the win.

First they're going on summer break after next week.

FWIW basically everyone at the top of the leaderboard for ToC has announced they won't participate in one while the WGA strike is still going on. Depending on when that gets resolved that might mean no tournament next fall.

Season 40 will start with recycled contestants from seasons 37 and 38 and recycled clues from previous seasons as well as clues that were written before the writers strike.

No new constants until they have writers to create new clues.
