There's a hypothesis called nominative determinism that theorizes people are drawn to things, jobs, lifestyles ect. that have a strong correlation to their name. Like if Mike Trout was a fisherman or Mel Gibson loved guitars.

Ugly end to Fridays game. Guy up I think 9400-8600 in DJ after just getting the one-minute warning bets 3k for no reason, misses and ends up finishing locked out. Would have won if stayed within striking distance.

It seems as though strategy has already regressed to the pre-James era. But then I guess to use that strategy you need to be as smart as James and none of these newcomers are.

That is a another theoretical phone and TV I need to replace. One of these days I may actually chuck this IPhone at some idiots face on my TV.

Just watched Friday. Up 7800 to 2600 with half the board left and solo get in FJ but lose. Painful. Saw the comments about his DD wager but didn’t realize he got destroyed beyond that.

I realize the questions are targeted so the TV audience will know them, but I think high schoolers that compete on this show have better US history knowledge than way more than a majority of America. Such a dumb question for tiebreaker.

Was cheering for the 8th grader. He could've won. Wish he shipped on the DD near end game instead of betting half stack. Didn't check math but he may have won too if he simply shoved FJ.
