I'm pretty sure Alex has wrecked this girl the way he talks about her

Wow. Two Suicide Wagers and the leader goes small but drops below 2nd (I guess she did [2x-1] the difference between her and 2nd).

Weird. Knew champ was going to bet it all because thats how her Dad told her how to wager.

Mythology and "deep world". I guessed correctly.

At least first had some strategy, I guess. I suppose she was thinking that third would bet nothing as his best play to win a triple-stumper, but that second being a six-time champ also would also figure that third would bet nothing so she would go small and just bet to equal her score or surpass it by $1. Guess it just goes to show that you shouldn't credit your competitors for next-level thinking.

His intros of her really have been odd...

The $2000 question in black history(?) is basically showing a photo of Malcolm X, "Who's this"
Really?

Lisa with a $1,200 and $400 DD wager was weak.
Then blows it out on final

I disagree - she was clearly hunting for the last DD (picked 1200 clue when she always goes small to big) in the last category because she had no clue given the category. This ensured no one could DD their way ahead of her.

This. My girlfriend and I were looking at each other as we confusingly said the answer together, like are they really asking to ID a picture of Malcolm X as a bottom-row clue?

The 1200 on the easy Latin play category was very weak. The 400 was fine.

The final bets were all odd

If memory serves correct, for Monday night ep FJ:

Spoiler:
1st: 13,200 (bet 201)
2nd: 13,000 (bet all) [returning champ]
3rd: 9,800 (bet all)

all incorrect.

Haha yep I came here to post about this clue too. Would be a good $2000 clue for kids jeopardy maybe.

Wait the Malcolm x clue was for 2k? Jeopardy has lost a step or 2.

1915 Ww1 gas attack was in this area.

What is All Quiet on the Western Front?

Trebek: well you gave a book title, but western front is a correct answer and that was included in what you said, so we'll give it to you.

Seems exploitable

I wasn't surprised when they came back and accepted parking boot. Glad it didn't change who was in first. (And results-solo get in FJ anyway).

Awfully written clue and bad ruling in the first place.

Yes, a Jeopardy 10 easily in my book.

Continuing the theme of easy AF $2000s, today we got "goosebumps" in the bird wordplay or whatever category.

She needs a poker playing boyfriend to teach her how to wager.

As do 75% of contestants.

We had a setup Monday that could have been a triple 0. 6 day champ bet everything on FJ, if she had been in first instead of 2nd, we might have had 3 all-in wagers.
