My cable channels changed so DVR didn't record last night's episode (I switched just in time for FJ). What happened to that sloucher champ?

Looked up the DD question. Yeah, pretty easy but The Apartment isn't a bad guess. A little too smart, maybe. Guessing Trebek didn't try to do his imitation voice like he sometimes does. Like if you stress the word "ignored" it's much more likely to ring a bell.

yeah I insta-thought of Hamilton but then remembered Hancock. It seemed ridiculously easy but I'm from MA and see the Hancock sign in Boston all the time, so not sure how easy it was for the general audience.

behind, but just watched last night. Wow, very lame in DJ all around. Weak DJ wagers.
Going straight down the board. 3 day champ gets a GIFT to be in the lead by more than 2K with only a 2K clue remaining. Of course he rings in and gets it wrong. Do either of the other two (who are both in range) even hazard a guess? Name an astronaut from the early 60s. MAKE A FREAKING GUESS!

I think his loss is going to keep him from the ToC. Thats good cause he's not ToC material from watching that game. Havent double checked the numbers but looks like the FJ wagers were all rational.

those were two of the worst challengers i've ever seen i was literally laughing at the dude, just announced as a travel agent, missing all of the airport clues. the gray haired chick had some lolbad answers too. The two time champ woman isn't terrible but will definitely not be long for the champions spot.

His last buzz in was the most idiotic thing I've ever seen. They've announced 1 minute left already, at LEAST 40+ seconds before, he's at like $400 and completely guesses on a $1000+ question with 0 clue to the answer. Bro, you have no shot at winning, you might as well STFU so you can play Final Jeopardy.

+1 to those being the worst contestants in a while. That lady was garbage. I miss Matt!

Wow, 3 crap games in a row. At least Friday's winner made a good small wager from 2nd to pick up the W. Though she bet $1K on both DJ DDs so maybe it was just random.

I thought both the old champ and the new champ were J! cute. Nice smiles. Good story on champ being married to Mike TV from willy wonka.

Terrible wager by some girl with a broken arm tonight. Not sure on the exact scores but it was something like this:

Broken Arm: $8k
Some guy: $15k

Broken arm bets $4k and gets it right, some guy bets $1,100 gets it wrong and still wins.

thought the british monarchs category in DD was unusually hard. I only got the william the conqueror one right because I wrote a paper on him in high school

Nah. The last clue was difficult, the other 4 were basic info considering the category.

Almost each and every show we are all reminded why there are so few women poker players, most completely suck at playing a strategic game.
