I thought S1-S2 of Dexter were amazing seasons of TV. Like an idiot, I stayed all the way through S8.

So I'll probably watch S6 of HoC just because. Certainly not going to binge it when it's released or anything.

I'd do a time jump into Claire's second term as president, yadda yadda divorce yadda yadda. Don't see how else it can be done without it being really clumsy. Putting him in jail would also be a good element.

Seems the most likely, but they already kind of did this in S4 (?), which would take away a lot from the interest.

Would be satisfying to see him in jail, but not sure if it’s possible given how suddenly all this unfolded.

Probably too dark, but suicide seems like an easy transition from how the last season ended. He's depressed his wife outplayed him and has nothing left besides a lifetime in prison forthcoming.

Why don't they just replace Kevin Spacey with another actor and pretend nothing happened? They're don't really care about stopping sexual assault; they just don't want to upset the gravy train. So either scrap the show or announce that the role of Frank Underwood will now be played by Kenan Thompson and get on with it.
