Dammit, stumbled onto AMC channel and they are marathoning Breaking Bad seasons, 1 Season per Saturday leading up to the Better Call Saul premiere. They are on Season 2 Episode 3 now, with Wendy. I guess I am doing a re-watch from this point. lol

I started re-watching it again (for the umpteenth time) last summer on Netflix and it looks like I made it up to Se4 Ep10 before I got distracted by other/new stuff. I am eagerly awaiting the previous season of BCS to drop on Netflix to watch (or re-watch, as I am not sure if I actually watched it or not) before the new season drops on my Prime w/ AMC+ subscription.

And in a couple more episodes is the introduction of my all-time favorite TV character.

Since I subscribe to Dish, and they're buffoons, of course the signal was lost toward the end of the previous episode.

Sigh. Ah well, it's nice out, I shouldn't be in anyway.

I couldn't make it through Se3 Ep1. Not sure wtf they come back like that after 3 years off but it was not what I wanted or expected.

The 2 episodes were vastly different. Ep1 is understandable to not be into because it seemingly has nothing to do with the regular show, but I thought it was interesting. It’s based on a true story but they gave it a way better ending. Ep2 was everything that people love a lot Atlanta. Ep2 was an A no doubt.

The jazz dance scene was good enough for a second watch from me.

Fyp.

Second favorite scene of the year, behind a scene in the last station 11 episode.

I really enjoy the music for Severance. It really sets the mood. Especially that string of single notes.

Is “Mom” the worst title of a television show ever? You cant talk about it without sounding like an idiot.

No one knows what “Mom” is. Great sitcom

Berlin Station is decent as well (originally aired on Epix)

yes Le Bureau was very good also

I watched season 1 berlin station this week, i wont be watching the rest unless someone recommends it gets a lot better,i watched the whole of season 1 to give it a fair go, i couldn't connect to any of the characters at all, maybe its because in my head i knew the 2 main characters were British actors doing american accents (clint eastwood voices is what i call em) but either way i didn't think the storyline was that great/gripping. (obviously just my opinion)

i would still rank my fave espionage series as below (1 and 2 is tight)
1. Homeland
2. Spooks
3. Le Bureau

any other recs appreciated

I got onto Mom reruns last year, I can't say I loved it but it's watchable and has its moments. Allison Janney is excellent, and Ferris is a sweetie that wears well.

Mike and Molly is pretty good too as mainstream sitcoms go, very clever writing, but honestly they're all so fat it's off-putting! Lol can you still say that, I hope so.

I'd still rather watch King of Queens or Seinfeld tbh.

Slow Horses starts tomorrow on Apple. Book series by Mick Herron is really good; about a group of MI5 castoffs in present day London, who are assigned to “Slough House” hence the nickname.

Gary Oldman is the lead.

Berlin Station is perfect long plane ride fare. Condor on EPIX is similar. Not great but decent plot that doesn’t make you work too hard. Some decent looking women occasionally. The Last Ship and Black Sails are in the same category for me, with Black Sails being at the top of the list due to Hannah New and the other female lead, who are both very hot and often naked.

New episodes and shows on Apple usually drop around 6pm PST the night before. So in 4 hours the first 2 episodes drop hopefully.

Severance season finale also. We Crashed is decent also.

Edit: It looks like there is 9 episodes for Severance, so 1 more week after this.

Exactly right. Severance episode ended and Slow Horses ep 1 popped up.

Brutal cliffhanger on severance. Brutal.
