Your whole thing is bad takes, but if you didn't laugh when Judy told her husband BJ not to shake Junior's hand because "he's big-dickin' you," then you should probably stick to Murder She Wrote or whatever it is you like.

This is the same guy that doesn't think Better Call Saul is top tier, or doesn't even like it IIRC.

Edi Patterson, Tim Baltz, and S1 are funny. S2 is sucks.

re Euphoria talk a couple of weeks ago, I tried watching when it came out and didn't get past first ep. Tried again after reading hype for S2. Still not my thing but I've got nothing else to watch so I'm powering through.

I thought S2E1 was the first good episode (that's as far as I've got), though I also enjoyed S1E4 (carnival). This aligns with RedeYES's graph. Don't care about watching teenagers partying and having sex, or looking at penises, or watching middle aged dude having sex with teenagers, so I just skip those scenes I get through most eps in about half an hour of watch time.

The more Fez and Ashtray, the better the episode. The more focus on Zendaya and Jules hanging out together, the worse the episode. And based on S2E1, the more Lexi the better the episode.

If that's as good as it looks, then surely someone will eventually die on that show. Like I wonder what the odds would be that a contestant dies in a season. I'm sure they'll make it as safe as possible, but this is not like fear factor where the stunts are carefully planned by production staff to ensure their safety (or is it).

And are they going to just let any bozo off the street try out for this show just like every other talent show? Surely not (although, that would make for both great and horrifying TV). If all the acts are pretty good and professional in nature the show will be lacking in a way.

I posted a video of a bad accident during a rehearsal here.

I'm sure this was an accident, and glad he's ok, but I remember Johnathon Goodwin from almost 10 years ago when he was first getting on TV here in the UK. It was almost part of his act that he'd fail, at least partly, and suffer some horrid thing happen to him.

Not really heard of him since then, looks like he's moved up to big leagues in the US, and got pretty fricking ripped in the process!

You’ll know if it’s for you after watching the first episode. I’m surprised there isn’t more hate for the season 1 finale. I was all like

That video, in particular that man's reaction is exactly what I was thinking would happen. If there is one death or terrible accident people will completely freak out and fight to get this pulled off the air. NBC would pull it in a second, but if they didn't you'd see Simon Cowell having to testify in front of Congress. But yeah, if it wasn't for that, this show would have the potential to be out of this world amazing.

I actually love the Rue and Jules relationship until they became a couple, which is typical in a will-they-won’t-they. And yes, more Fez and Ashtray!!

Depending on the finale on Sunday, I may drop the show. The only good arc is Rue’s and I’m even getting bored of that one. I don’t give a **** about most of what the characters issues are. For the most part I haven’t throughout but at least it’s filmed and performed very well. But it’s getting too absurd.

Wonder if she’ll even make it to season 3. I could see a few characters not returning next year. Kat most definitely but that’s more because of internal show issues. I would like to see Sweeney move the **** on though. They way use her sucks because as amazing as Zendaya’s performance was a couple weeks ago, Sweeney has been out through the ringer as an actress the entire season.

Euphoria is like Sex and the City - the scenes NOT focusing on the main character are better than the ones centered on her.

The main problem with Pam & Tommy is that watching two vapid idiots fall in love is not that interesting.

I'm curious how they did the nude scenes, tho, as Lily Collins does not have large breasts and, well, I guess I really don't know what Sebastian Stan's penis looks like, now that I think about it lol.

I've only seen two episodes so far, but there's a scene where Tommy talks to his penis and his penis talks back to him. You see it in full-on close-up. Balls, too. I give it points for originality.

I read that prosthetics were used for James' breasts and face and for Stan's penis. Damn good job on both. James really doesn't look like Pam Anderson, but she does in this. If I didn't know what I was watching, I would think it was Anderson from the 90s.

And it was voiced by Jason Mantzoukas, which is stellar casting!!! Pam and Tommy are both very well cast. You’d barely know the difference if you weren’t told so.

So far, it’s good. I’ve seen all but the latest episode and I like where they’re going with it. It’s not as goofy as it started, cause like Dom said, who wants to watch a love story? Don’t know where they’re going with it overall but I’m along for the ride!!

Yup, I've got a massive list currently, then Dom posts this awesome link, and now I'm itching to rewatch all seven seasons of The Shield for the umpteenth time!

There has never been anywhere close to as much content produced as there is today and certainly there has never before been as much money thrown at episodic shows.

And then Sunday is the final season of Killing Eve and Super Pumped, Monday is "Better Things". The first 3 episodes are out on Epix of "From" from the makers of Lost, I am not sure what to think yet. Could be good.

I am pumped for the original Law & Order reboot tomorrow.
