The Perfect Weapon on HBO, a doc about cyber hacking between nations. It's pretty good.
I didn't realize what the Venetian hack several years back was really about. Several other stories like the Sony hack over the release of the movie "The Interview" about Kim Jong-Un.

6.2 on imdb doesn't look promising.

I'm forcing my g/f to watch game of thrones with me so I got HBO on amazon and have been watching everything I can. Got into rewatching the wire. I can see why it wasn't as lauded when it first came out. Season 1 was fantastic, but season 2 was a giant waste of time. Almost nothing from that season affected the later seasons. It's one of those shows where the payoff really made you realize how great the set up was.

Three episodes into Soulmates (new episodes airing right now on AMC). Pretty good, albeit not great, yet worth watching imo. Bonus, it has some great actors/actresses and performances: Shiv from Succession, Gale/Wags from Breaking Bad/Billions/a bunch of other things- just a phenomenal actor, and Georgina Campbell from the Hang the DJ episode of Black Mirror which no doubt helped inspire the show.

the lead is a great actress! and she is jaw droppingly beautiful. the actress who plays her as a little kid is great too.

The Undoing on HBO, Drama, Thriller, episode 1 of 6 tonight. Looks really good so far.
I think I need to re-watch it, I missed some things.
Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant.

She was great in The Witch. Almost as good as Black Phillip.

The chess scenes in Queen's Gambit were better than poker scenes in every poker movie. But, there's still plenty of problems worth nitpicking (in the chess forum).

Watched the 1st 2 and its good. I haven't played chess in over 20 years, isn't it pretty much a solved game now? You just memorize the top 30 or 40 opening patterns? Isn't there databases with all the correct moves to study?

imo it slows down a bit after the first 2 episodes. it's still great though, and it does pick back up again. but for me there was a definite drop starting with ep3
