I'm enjoying For All Mankind so far. Space stuff and 60s/70s is right up my alley so it's great. I wonder if the show will eventually progress to an alternate reality in present time. I think that would be really cool to see the assumed progress of a space desiring world.

Basically a Rated R CW show. Zendaya does good in the lead role, but everything else is kind of cardboard cut out though it tries to mask it. You had the driven joke who does violence, teen girl who gets pregnant and abortion episode, etc.

One annoying thing is the main character is supposed to have all these mental issues which is fine, but she's just a generic drug addict for 6 episodes, then suddenly she has a maniac part of bipolar episode and then she's depressed for an episode. It felt weird how slotted her mental illnesses were.

Anyways one big big positive is the art direction and cinematography is A+, better than most other shows I've seen. I don't think I've ever had a TV series where I tuned out the story for the most part and was just watching the visuals, but I did for this show.

5/10
Pretty much agree....art/cinematography were off the charts on this, the carnival scenes especially and depictions of drug induced trances... also top acting by the two leads.....i give it 7/10 on that alone... otherwise story was so extreme into porn, kinkiness and drugs that it was hard to for me to relate to anybody in it .

Mayans MC got renewed for season 3. Season 2 just finished last week. It's a pretty good show if you like SOA.

Final season of Power mid season finale yesterday had a pretty funny ending. Will make it pretty interesting when it continues on January 5th. Of course some ridiculous stuff happens on the show but its still good.

Pearson, Suits spin off got cancelled. I never got into it.

Only watched a few minutes of "See", no opinion yet.
Agreed on The Morning Show. Definitely a binge style show. Don't like having to wait because it'll get better as it goes on. They've set the stage for some interesting stuff.

As for Dickinson... I am SO not the demographic for this show. Its kind of interesting but I don't think I'll continue.

I don't think so, but still has Chucky wearing the gloves.

Also Season 2 finale is tonight, not last week. Got my shows mixed up.

I started it and gave up. As the season went on, it became less about space and more about relationships. Acting was good, though.

But luckily, the villains are also incredibly stupid. SPOILERS TO FOLLOW:

Spoiler:

The bad guys literally got themselves caught. What threat, exactly, did Moreno pose? Just let him go back to America!

Even if they had successfully killed everyone in the convoy, it was explained IN THE SHOW that the non-Ryan and Greer people at the CIA completely didn't buy the Reyes' plan to frame the guerrillas, so there'd be other people poking around after it.
Also maybe this is just me but I maybe would've tasked more than 1 guy to assassinate like 10 people in three cars? Instead of doubling his pay for the extra target I would've, idk, hired a second or even a third guy. Also would've sent more than 1 guy to kill the turncoat cop.

The assassin guy was clearly an effort to rip off Killing Eve, but Eve at least didn't leave people alive for no ****ing reason. He's portrayed as variously sentimental or sociopathic from scene to scene.

"Uber" leaving the boat made no ****ing sense and also the other guys should've fragged him! His failure to follow orders directly lead to someone's death. Not following orders for no obvious reason was a recurring theme and nobody seemed to suffer the consequences of it.

A CIA officer openly helping an opposition candidate for President(the showrunners appear to thinking running for President of a country of 32 million is roughly as big of a gig as running for city council lol) without clearing that with his superiors should get left behind.

Jose, the CIA traitor, appeared to not know he was a traitor until the very end. Why did he help them get away from the embassy in the first ****ing place? Why was he worried about getting caught at the checkpoint? Why the **** did he drive away at all? Why did they only send one truck to the safe house? (why did getting shot with a machine gun make the unreliable car work??!?!)

Real ****ing dumb show.
All this.

Spoiler:
Also, maybe I missed something. Did John Ryan, Doug Stamper, and the 3 army guys who had no real authority to be there in the first place all just decide on a whim they were going to storm the Venezuelan President's home, kill like 50 guys and possibly numerous innocents in the dining hall, without any sort of authority from anyone back in the US? That didnt feel real. How are those guys not the ones in handcuffs at the end?

LOL right?? As they were flying a chopper to the Venezuelan Presidential Palace, I was like, "wait a minute, does Venezuela not have ANY kind of air force?" What about just some basic air traffic control that would, I assume, notify the government if they picked up an unknown aircraft heading right at the seat of government.

You can't even fly NEAR the White House, ever, and there are surface-to-air missiles scattered throughout DC providing overlapping fields of air defense.

Spoiler:

And I'm gonna get a little political here I think whatever outrage over the prison camps there was would get a little bit counteracted when it's discovered that AMERICAN TROOPS INVADED THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE AND SHOT LIKE 50 PEOPLE.

Like it legitimately would seem to the outside observer that the "social justice reformer" candidate was actually just a pawn of the US trying to get revenge over her husband, who was correctly imprisoned for obviously being a foreign agent. Reyes was right all along!

Was looking for a new comedy to watch and somehow hadn't heard of Vice Principals, so definitely will check it out. Also love Walton Goggins.

Add unbelivable to worth watching list.

Watched RG, as you said, not as good, but still watchable, also watchable - Taboo and The terror II but even less.

I tried sinner, undone, money heist etc, but never made it to the first few episodes. Will try get shorty, somehow missed it..

Taboo's worth watching just for Tom Hardy doing what he does best, being a badass (and to a lesser extent, Tom Hollander, who's great in everything).

The story is ok, but the whole voodoo thing fell completely flat for me. Didn't really add anything, wasn't explained, and felt completely unnecessary. I guess they'll go into it more in season 2.
