I watched the first episode and now I want to finish it but will be swamped this week. Has good promise.

Guess Patriot is next on my list.

Among of things, this thread has brought me:

The Good Place - 8/10 thoroughly enjoyed it.

Travelers - 6/10 it's OK but logically annoying things. My wife loves it, so it's a hit.

the little girl who says f**k is amazing. how the hell do they make these little kid actors these days? that kid in room was amazing too.
I've watched the first two episodes and I'm liking it.

I'm halfway through the first episode and just paused it to come here and see if I can find a comment like yours.

This show is a trip, its early but I'm hooked...so far anyway. It has a slight Lost vibe to me in that I feel like it might be one long meandering cliff hanger that eventually causes me to abandon ship (just like I did with Lost after a few seasons)

Also, I just watch Whiskey Tango Foxtrot on Amazon and really liked it

Kind of like watching Ultimate Beastmaster in the background. Its super dumb that the women are competing against the men, they have literally zero chance to beat the best man in a group of 6 athletic dudes.

i feel the need to point out that one of the premises of the show is iran's nuclear weapons program. you'll constantly hear mainstream media talk about "iran's nuclear weapons program"

but usa and everyone else has been unable to provide any proof in the least that iran has a nuclear weapons program. iran has a nuclear power program

centrifuges though

Just saw season 3 ep 1 of Catastrophe pop up on the interwebs. A+ Brit comedy/romance.

Catastrophe is great. You mean an illegal stream popped up somewhere? Weird for that to happen to a streaming show like that. When is it supposed to come out?

sounds pretty racist to assume middle-eastern people aren't smart enough to run a secret program

It's 1st run in England, then goes to Netflix for USA.

I've only recently seen a bunch of great things about Catastrophe, which is odd considering it's been going two years now. Will definitely give it a watch.

Just finished watching Dice - Andrew Dice Clay, joining seemingly every other comedian, by playing a fictionalized version of himself.

It's only six episodes and I thought it was rather hit-or-miss. Really liked Kevin Corrigan in it, and thought some of the guest stars, e.g. Criss Angel and Adrien Brody, were very funny.

1st few minutes of Chicago Justice and I am getting a bad feeling. The acting from Carl Weathers and Philip Winchester is pretty horrible. I almost want to put it with Doubt but its a Chicago show on NBC so I gotta have faith it will get better and it for sure won't get early cancelled no matter what.

Has The Detour ever been discussed in here? Anyone else watch it?

It's hit or miss, but the hits are worth it imo. The last episode was hilarious.

Finished Travelers last night. Overall it's worth a watch. Some filler episodes and some stupid parts

Spoiler:
they wipe kat's memory after plane crash but she would've been on manifest and questioned

The final episode was the best and makes you think what the best course of action is

sometimes it is a little bit over the top, but I like it. plus Natalie Zea is insanely hot

Watched episodes 5-7 of Six last night (season finale next week). Wife and I both love it.

If you dig military action dramas, check it out on the History Channel on-demand. Acting and production are so solid you'd think it was on a premium channel.

Agree on both points. The last episode demonstrates each one, with Natalie being hot and funny in her sex scenes, and with the neighbor's home birth being OTT ROFL hilarious.
