A lot of this rings true with me. I'm through episode 3, and without revealing too much my main issue is with pacing - some plot points that I want to move faster aren't, while others are progressing too quickly. But overall it's a decent time passer.
Although Sepinwall was meh on it, Seitz on Vulture really liked it. Those two seem to diverge on things more and more, and I'll be honest that I'm increasingly siding with Seitz. I think that Sepinwall's stardom has gone to his head a bit much - I feel like his reviews now factor in what he thinks people think he should think.
