I just started this tonight, it's phenomenal. Like a way better version of Netflix's "End of the F***ing World". Absolutely hilarious. The two leads are fantastic.

It's on the bubble (Youtube cancelled it and Prime picked it up and is giving it some decent promotion before deciding if they'll give it a second season), everyone go watch!

I watched the 1st ep of Wayne after reading razorbacker's rec, it's refreshingly good and I intend to keep going. His gf is cute as hell too, reminds me a little of how appealing a young Ally Sheedy was in War Games.

The original British version of Utopia is worthy of all the hype. It’s streaming on Prime and you will be glued to the tv every episode.

wow! i'm loving wentworth on netflix. it's a drama about women's prison in australia. it's basically orange is the new black, but australian version. it came out before oitnb though.

some great characters, and great storylines.

i tried watching it a couple times and gave up because i just wasn't feeling. but this time i stuck with it, and it's really paid off.

it's not for everyone, but if you think you might be interested in a women's prison drama, then it's ldo worth a try

Yeah enjoying Wayne. Reminds me of Scott Pilgrim vs World and Tiger King, with "Bawston" accents, of course.

Question for other Undoing watchers about episode 5
Spoiler:
We learn from the last conversation between blonde and Kidman that blonde has to be involved somehow, correct?

Just rewatched. The last conversation between them is over the phone after she talks to his mother. No clue where you’re getting that from.

As an aside I’m getting kind of sick of an hour with v little plot advancement and then hooking me in for another episode with a cliffhanger. I’m gonna be oi if the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.

Spoiler:
You see a man's reflection in her office glass. Having not found a single other person who has noticed this man I'm now thinking it might be a cameraman? Would be an absolutely horrific editing mistake as he's right in the middle of the shot and moves

it's funny to see the russian take on a pandemic, especially right before a real pandemic hit.

i like when one random russian guy is commenting at the very beginning of the outbreak, and there were reportedly 200 sick people in moscow "why are they letting food trucks into moscow? what do they need food for? moscow is dead already"

Just watched the 6th and final episode of "The Undoing". I would say overall its a decent show, about 7.5 , I am fine with the ending. I see a lot of people complaining about it. Would be better to binge it instead of week to week.

I had no clue there was only 6 episodes. I had become very skeptical they were going to wrap it up with a satisfying ending but I liked it. My only real complaint would be:
Spoiler:
She ran through the police barricade so easily and no one stopped her once she got through

undoing thoughts

Spoiler:
a lot to love esp the performances but good lord how are we supposed to believe that one of the best criminal defense lawyers in the country could be so ridiculously inept and unprepared? a 1st year associate wouldnt have ever let the wife take the stand and be open to cross even if the 911 call was the only potential gotcha that was just so hilariously unbelievable that it really was a massive disappointment

Spoiler:
The ending was clearly weak the wife sending her husband to jail because her son found the hammer was not a twist good enough to finish the serie like that, i feel i wasted my time and i ll forget that show within a week

Finished Wayne S1 , was fun

Finished To the Lake S1, 8 episodes (Netflix), better than I thought. . I'm a sucker for outdoorsy snow and ice winter movies. Russian guy escapes horrible Moscow plague with several family and friends to go to the cold North countryside and try to survive by traveling to an isolated lake . Unfortunately he takes both his separated wife and his new girlfriend and their kids along with him in the same caravan which makes facing the urban plague feel like it was the better choice. Great camera work and the characters get more likable as the episodes go on. I guess they they did good English dubbing for Russian so no subtitles needed .

Undoing Season 2! predicted plot:
Spoiler:
In S1 E6 Jonathon was just imagining what it would have been like to kill Elena but didn't actually do it In season 2 we find out that Nicole figured a way to dodge the video cams while walking at night (what woman does that alone anyway?) and then, out of rage, killed Elena, and framed her husband. They should send me a consultant fee. I agree with what you guys have said. Also don't know how a psychologist like Grace could know so little about her husband of 17 years.

Simple explanation:

Spoiler:
Grandpa, who hates the husband, is manipulating the entire thing. The defense attorney is in on the collusion. She allows the wife to take the stand specifically to catch her client.

One thing has bugged me from episode 1, but maybe I'm mising up the timeline.

Spoiler:
I thought the husband already had the trip to "the conference in Cleveland" scheduled before the auction. That makes no sense since we now know the killing was spur of the moment.

and how much do you think it would cost to convince the lawyer to completely ruin her reputation and kill all her future business? no way in hell anyone with money would ever hire her after that performance

fedfan, i had to go back and look carefully to see that. i saw 8 worse editing mistakes in the first episode of saved by the bell.

Spoiler:
Yeah if you have to go back and look for it it obviously won't bother you. I saw it first time through as I was looking carefully at that scene as blonde seemed like a possible accomplice. I haven't watched Saved By the Bell but I'm guessing seeing a man's reflection sitting across from her in the penultimate scene of the penultimate episode would have more of a bearing on the story here than whatever editing mistakes you saw in Saved By the Bell.

Did you watch through to the end? I liked it. I thought the plot lines became rather predictable but enjoyed it nonetheless. Some beautifully shot scenes.

The ending was clearly left with an eye toward a follow up season.

8/10 I'd watch more.
