Maybe I missed it, but I don't remember anything significant they accomplished, more of a big circle jerk Imo
Jimmy accomplished separating a bunch of idealistic millenials from 5k each with very low overhead. His business model of expanding the "institute" is genius in that he keeps the cash flow healthy while slowly working towards the big "goal". Endless supply of college students wanting the experience. As you saw they do a very good job a controlling their message.

Ha, that's true. I was referring to the campers, I cant see what they accomplished.

Hope there's a season 2, I'd like to see how this plays out

the man in the high castle first ep was good! Pumped to have 18 more, what an.awesome premise! And some sci fi stuff involved I heard, nice!

And kingdom

As a fan of mma this is a very good show, I think? Otherwise to. Good drama and humor. With Frank Grillo playing one of the leads. Ep 3 S3 now, to.bad its last season. Seems like.no one knows this show, its even hard to find good torr- eh files on the internet.

I was really excited about this show when it came out since I always thought it would be fascinating to think about what the world would be like if Germany & Japan had prevailed. I think the show is doing a good job because I found it to be depressing and I didn't want to continue watching as a result. Its ironic that they did such a good job portraying the climate of that scenario, they lost a viewer. ymmv

Was excellent, best season so far imo. James Callis is superb.

Between this and The Expanse, Syfy are doing good work.

4th (and final) season confirmed also!

In case you haven't heard or seen the small thread, handmaid's tale (on Hulu) is possibly the best show this season.

Super Human on Fox has some cool stuff on it.

A guy would solve complex formulas before someone could punch them into a calculator.

A woman looked at 20 pairs of Doctors each with a nurse and quickly memorized them and then was able to match them each up.

A guy was flashed all 52 cards 2 at a time pretty quickly and then called them out in the same order.

The Gong Show is goofy just like the original. The Banana act was entertaining but pretty gross. lol
The Jump rope guy was good.

Sucks to hear that. I really liked the book. Does the show start with a rehashing of the book or is it totally different?

I saw the pilot. wasn't great but I also wouldn't call it horrible.

Keep in mind my scale takes a lot to outright bash a show

It was worse than Under the Dome or The Strain...and both of those are bad.

It seems like all it's doing is taking the main set up that there is something bad in the mist, and that's it...new characters.

And we got some teen party rape and gay bashing thrown in, just because.

GLOW - New comedy about women's wrestling just out on Netflix, with Alison Brie and Marc Maron. Got good reviews so far, so think I may marathon it over the weekend.

Mist was not very good but not as bad as you say.

Under the Dome I never really got into but seemed pretty boring from what I watched.

The strain is ok. I continue to watch.

For those who don't know, GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies Of Wrestling) was a surprisingly popular women's wrestling TV show in the 1980s.

There were references to "GLOW" in a bunch of books I read by Harlan Coben....I assumed he had made the whole thing up lol.
