Yeah but this show is kind of weirdly taking that a couple of steps further and having these seven year olds like having militant opinions about ridiculous music recorded fifty years before they were born. "POCKET FULL OF RAINBOWS" said no seven year old ever. Ever, ever ever. It's an obscure Elvis song recorded in 1960 ffs.

1) It's cheaper to license older songs. duh.
2) By using older songs, you do not risk using a new, popular song that in a few years time might be thought of as an embarrassment.

My favorite BLL music so far has been the neoclassical piece that starts forty-something minutes into episode one, when Chloe plinks a few notes of it on the piano. It's a thing that pisses me off (even though it shouldn't) that I can't just listen to it on YouTube or something.

I recorded them all thinking it was a documentary and was disappointed to find out it was a drama but hung around anyway, it grew on me, its not bad.

What blew my mind is that Walton Goggins who plays Rip also plays Lee Russell on Vice Principals and is hilarious. I happened to be watching both at the same time and was thinking: is this the same actor in both shows? Sure enough, it was. The guy has range.

If you haven't watched Vice Principals, you're in for a treat. Its funny as hell

I listen to Fatman on Batman, the Kevin Smith podcast, and his podcast partner did not like the first 6 episodes. He said "It wasn't terrible just boring." So who knows I am hoping it is good. I always like the Iron Fist character.

Critics definitely did not like the first 6 episodes at all. The positive reviews were few and far between. Granted, the showrunner Scott Buck is best known for completely ruining Dexter so maybe the quality isn't such a surprise.

I was pumped for season one of the other three series' and enjoyed all but honestly can't get too excited about this one. If I end up watching it'll be due to The Defenders tie-in more than anything.

The main actor has no business beeing in a kung fu movie and action scene are horrible.

Last Kingdom S2 has started. Not seen it yet, but really enjoyed S1 after hearing some recommendations on here.

A second series of ten episodes co-produced by Netflix after the exit of BBC America has been announced. The second series will be released on Netflix and started to air on BBC Two in the UK on the 16th March 2017.
I don't have Netflix, so can't confirm if it's available there yet, but I guess it won't be on BBC America anymore in the US.

It's on BBC. I'm sure there are funky ways to bypass the filter.

I really like bll so far theres one thing though that really tilts the **** out of me. The cut away to the police interviews are so bad i cant stand it. They are not funny, they add nothing to the show, the interupt the episodes, i could go on and on. Sorry just had to nitt it up and get that off my chest.

How should I approach watching Enterprise if I want to skip the crap, but would obviously still want to know who's who and what's going on?

Seasons 3 and 4 of Enterprise are really good! At least if you like Star trek they are. Maybe watch the last episode of season 2? And maybe watch the pilot episode to start the whole series
