Couple of episodes in to Renegade Nell on Disney+, starring Louisa Harland (weird cousin in Derry Girls) and Nick Mohammed (Nathan in Ted Lasso).

About a 18th century highwaywoman framed for murder, with some fantasy/supernatural elements thrown in.

I'm enjoying it - a bit more lighter and more fun than the other historical dramas I've seen recently!

It's interesting, the series level reviews are bad. But the episode level reviews are good. Maybe people E1 and stopped, and it got good?

Through 5 eps now and it's gotten a fair bit better I would say.

Expected summer 2025. Arnold confirmed a couple weeks ago that they are starting to shoot soon.

Spoiler:
Looks like they already set up season 2 with Tina revealed to be a Russian spy? TBH I was doing a hard interval and kinda missed that part. Considered rewatching but I guess it's not that important.
