One month away! Should be an amazing season. I posted something similar to this many moons ago, but I'm going to again in this thread. So much to look forward to.

Ep 1: The Red Viper intro/convo with Tyrion we've all been looking forward to we hope they don't **** up.

Ep 2: Purple Wedding

Ep 4ish: Wilding band attacks the wall, Ygritte death

Ep 5, 6, 7: The battle of the Wall with Stannis eventually showing up.

Ep 8, 9: Tyrion's trial and Red Viper Vs. Mountain. Sam politicking to get Jon Lord Commander.

Ep 10: Tyrion kills Tywin/Shae and escapes. Littlefinger pushes Lysa out the Moon Door.

This is not even including any Dany stuff.

All 3 of the previous seasons were littered with transition episodes where not much happened, but there should be hardly any this season. Ep 1 and maybe 1 other.

Scenes that should be littered throughout the season I didn't mention that I'm still looking forward too:

-Littlefinger Sansa in the Eyrie scenes.

-Jaime Tyrion conversations. (Both tremendous actors who haven't gotten to be in scenes together since early season 1)

-Coldhands

-Varys should get plenty of screen time in KL.

-Arya and the Hound.

-Maybe some Reek?

There really should be nothing for show-watchers only to complain about besides Dany being stuck in Mereen. Should be a fun ride.

If their visual dept got the budget, this could be very epic.

I think the outright torture is done. They will likely develop his subservient relationship with the bastard, and show Reek's devolution into an animal. It's not in the books, but they need to keep Alfie Allen employed, and I doubt the audience will accept much more extreme sadism.

Also his sister coming up to save him could be cool, not sure what they're doing with her this season.

several seasons of nothing but torture would be great. i loved how slowly his storyline progressed last year. but they're moving forward, this season he'll be going to moat cailin.

Rewatching season 3, forgot how sad everything regarding Stannis' family was.

Shireen is just the cutest little thing.

hated the theon storyline. id also be surprised if moat cailin ever appears in the show. itd be nice if it did though.

That's the Titan of Braavos at one point. Who goes to Braavos this season? Arya? (I was actually thinking that no one might end up in Braavos in the show if they compress the storyline.

I felt like such a kid seeing Braavos!

I'm rereading the series (amazing how much more you pick up the second time thru), and am in the middle of Storm of Swords just as S4 of the show is about to kick off. Two questions I'm hoping someone can clarify regarding the dreams/prophesies by the Ghost of High Heart in the Arya chapters:

1. Is "I dreamt of a man without a face, waiting on a bridge that swayed and swung. On his shoulder perched a drowned crow with seaweed hanging from his wings." meant to imply Euron (Crow's Eye) is behind Balon's death?

2. "I dreamt of a maid at a feast with purple serpents in her hair, venom dripping from their fangs." is Sansa at the Purple Wedding, but "And later I dreamt that maid again, slaying a savage giant in a castle built of snow." must refer to some event from Winds of Winter or later, correct?
