That's real good evidence that he was a Stark supporter (and only gave up Ned because Ned wouldn't act).
And because he was in love with Ned's wife?

Awesome episode, but that final scene did annoy me. Why did they make it look like hes sinking into the bottom of an abyss. He clearly landed at the very edge of the creek which could only be a couple feet deep at most. Was overly dramatic imo

Wait... Dothrak has found him! Whatever will Bronn do? Dothraki dude pulls aside the curtain and is shocked to receive a powerful bolt to the chest from the super weapon. Yay our team.

So what, you may ask, does Bronn do next? He opens up the cart up and assembles the dragonslaying ballista just in time to shoot poor Drogon.

So... here's my question:

If the crossbow dealie needed assembly before it could fire, how the hell did he shoot the dothraki guy before it was assembled?

The ballista will have some potential energy in the rope coil. The bending of the bow will create some tension but there would also be tightly coiled rope coil that springs.

That + it's tv.

Seems like there's a million other, bigger criticisms you could have for the ballista. Why not make 10 of them? Why not have teams assigned to them etc etc etc

Definitely no heel turn yet.
Everyone ghana starve to death now.

Seems like she could have at least attempted to avoid burning the grain? And then redistributed it to peasants and farmers?

cmon it was just some looting convoy not an army waiting for dragons. And that ballista makes sense, it was prolly just on a default setting before bronn reloaded it, otherwise the javelin would have gone straight through the dothraki.

I'm not complaining, the scene looked great imo, and I don't even care if she burned the grain just because it looks cool. I'm just saying that there's a lot more unrealistic things going on if someone were to nitpick. (Which I'm totally not against either)

My problem with the ballista was. Why wasn't it already manned? Why did one guy have to traverse the entire battle field to man it solo? If you are gonna have it you should have a crew for it and at first sighting of Drogon it should be in use but it was basically ignored well into the battle. The obvious answer is for the action and drama but it was just stupid.

I'll give you it was dumb when jamie got the archers to try and take a shot with reg arrows, but before that it all happened really quickly, which again I guess it's dumb scouts don't seem to exist anymore but whatever, getting exhausting continuously coming up with critiques. We're all displaying how miserable we are picking that extremely fun & well made episode apart.

Well yeah, that's what nomadic horsemen did a thousand years ago, so obv its dumb as hell for a tv show made in 2017 based on fantasy literature to not have their horseman do the same thing.

Being a huge fan of the Mongols and horse archers the Dothraki are styled after I was happy to see that as well. Was hoping to see more of their tactics which would own the heck out of westero styled armies, but it'd be less fun on camera I spose.

Ah was grunching and didn't see it was already mentioned? Hardcore history fans up in this mug?

Anyone else think the Arya that showed up at Winterfell last episode is Jaqen? Littlefinger hired a Faceless Man to kill Jon Snow. And the real Ayra is either heading back to King's Landing or heading to Winterfell. I thought after her reunion with Nymeria and her line "That's not you" she was heading back to King's Landing.

No, Bran is basically omniscient now, he would know. Also, Nymeria would have killed non-Arya

The "that's not you" quote is a call back to S1 when Ned told her she would be married and have kids, her response was "that's not me". She was basically saying that Nymeria wasn't going to be a caged animal anymore, because that's not who she is anymore
