Arya is dark as ****. I can see why they released the Arya sample chapter from AWOW now.

Thought it was a great episode, fairly slow (or as slow as this series is). Definitely will be the slowest episode this season.

I also caught the R+L=J reference, though I doubt anyone who is just a show watcher will pick it up. Maybe Doggz.

The Daario thing sucked. But whatever, it's Dany and Dany's stuff is going to suck now for two seasons except for Daznak's pit.

Love that they brought Slynt back and dropped him in so subtly. They had two scenes back to back where they kind of hit you in the head with reminders, really glad they weren't like "I WAS LC AT KING'S LANDING UNTIL THAT IMP SENT ME HERE" *wink at camera*

so where are they going with the hound? i've read producers said they love the two of them together and we'd see them a lot in this season, but he should've been really wounded by the end of this ep, with I think isnt the case, he seemed fine.

Getting a little divergent with the personality of the Hound but MAN he's killing it. Tavern scene was pretty awesome, for me it's one of my absolute favorites and one of those things where you just know no matter what they do it wont be what you want it to be, but thought they did a great job with it.

On the note of that kinda phenomenon, my deepest condolences to those in here who absolutely loved the original enter of The Dornish scene.

I guess I'm wrong then. I don't remember there being pennies in the books, just gold dragons and silver stags. My initial reaction was that the term "penny" was too earthly, but it appears that I'm being too nitty.

Awesome episode. Only thing that sucked were the dany scenes.... Just like the books lol.

Plus: No Bran! I do hope to hear from theon/reek next episode though.

Rory Mccan absolutly nailed the tavern scene. I wish Arya and the Hound had more time together :/

The ****ing Hound man! I'd quite happily watch a whole series of just him and Arya riding around the seven kingdoms gutting fools and eating chickens.

The Red Viper felt like a bit of a let down for me until the speech to Tyrion, pretty much confirmed R+L+J though.

It doesn't really confirm R+L=J.

Robert's opinion was that Rhaegar abducted Lyanna and raped her, which is likely far from the truth, and Oberon believes that Rhaegar betrayed his sister and ran off with Lyanna, which may also not be true. The only people that know for certain at this point are all dead except for Howland Reed.

Hound won't be gone any more than Theon was. They'll just have 2 seasons of the Hound doing monastary life.

Reading the TV thread is so much better in season.

At any rate he'll be around longer than he was in the book, since he was supposed to be near death after the fight. Probably stretch that story out for most of the season.

And it may be sad to see the actors who play Tywin and Joffrey go, but I can't think of two scenes I'm looking forward to more than those death scenes. Oberyn/Mountain fight might be the only one to top those two, imo.

Death I'm least looking forward to is Ygritte's. That's going to make me sad.
