For some reason I love the minor detail of having to pour a drink slightly to the side since technically not linear gravity.

Season 4 has been pretty damn uneventful seven episodes in. Still enjoying the show well enough, but so far I'm pretty disappointed.

Not complaining about the overall show, but i get a chuckle when with all sorts of criminals and military and thug characters in the show , the only person to use frequent profanities like a sailor is UN undersecretary Chrisjen Avasarala . In Season 1 I thought she was a dull character, now she swung 180 degrees.

she is great in the books!!! i hated her on tv in season 1. i haven't watched past season 1 cuz i can't stand this show lol... i might give it a retry though cuz i love the books so much

I enjoyed the 4th season very much, probably even a little more than the 3rd season which I found slightly too confusing, too much protomolecule-science and too many story arcs in parallel.

Sure, Murtry and some of his crew could've been more layered as characters but apart from that I enjoyed the plot throughout and gave the characters we know and love from the prior seasons time to shine.

They made some odd decisions about what to keep and what to change from the book but ultimately it's a B+/A- season, the new higher budget will get tested in season 5 for sure though

They did a VERY good job of smoothly keeping the UN and Mars plotlines alive while the main cast was off on New Terra, no spoilers but that definitely was handled really well.

There's one particular subplot on New Terra that they could've very easily removed to give everything else some time to breathe, though

On a side note I might have been doing some sort of drug that was interesting. I basically was floating through the ring saying in a proto molecule and I can flyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy over and over and finally crash landed on the Mormon ship then kept trying to fall asleep in my trip, a bit hazy after that.

Just got caught up with seasons 3 and 4. Am I missing something or was the fire fight in the ring when everything was limited to 30 mph (end of s3) a gaping plot hole?
