Also really nitpicky but what is the point of having the designated survivor in DC within eye sight view of the CApitol? If they get nuked, he dies too. Surely the designated survivor is 100's of miles away. it was reasonable fun though, I'll watch

omg this is maddening...who gives a **** about the kids? And all of Congress and the Supreme Court are dead, too?? I can't imagine the government being able to survive that....certainly not in such a blase manner that the people in this show seem to be acting.

The Governor of Michigan is refusing to even speak to the President and Kiefer won't consider federalizing the National Guard? Seems like a perfect show of force to keep the States in line.

And I love how at the beginning of the show, we see news pundits blasting the new President...do we really think that would happen in this case? With almost all of the leading government gone, you'd think it would be treasonous not to support the Prez - at least for the first couple of days after the tragedy!

I very much enjoyed the first 2 episodes. Herp derp it's not exactly like how the US government works - who the **** cares? I could totally see one out of 50 state leaders YOLOing it up in the spot they're in.

Kids side story confirmed the worst though

show does not seem good but still watching. kids storyline is obviously going to be the worst, was actually surprised and obv happy at how little it was mentioned this ep.
