Fish in the Dark had a lot of good laughs and was a great story

Larry at times seemed to not enjoy the structure and not being able to ad-lib

Yeah, I enjoyed the play a lot, but listening to some recent podcasts and reading some things by him, I don't really see another season of curb. I hope for one, but considering his age, him not liking to overwork, and the time it would take to do another season of curb, I just don't see it.

i mean they are extended the play one month, the rest of the cast is in but larry is not so jason alexander is taking over in june

He def has no need to work. Talks for online streaming of Seinfeld are looking at 100 million...sick.

Omg, it might be worth going again just to see Jason Alexander play Larry David again. But that is also part of my point. Larry David isn't one to extend shows or put in more work than what was originally agreed upon. With Curb he'd have to write, act, executive produce and I see him just wanting to enjoy his success in retirement.

I miss the show so much that I find myself seeing the "Curbiness" of certain situations. Recently I was walking into a building that had a series of doors, and there was a guy in front of me. He held the first door open for me, so I said thanks. Then he did the same with the second door, which we encountered a few seconds later so again I thanked him. When we go to the third door after another few seconds, I kind of mumbled a thank you, but immediately thought how "Curbish" a scenario like that could be, where Larry opts not to thank a guy by the third door and the guy gets peeved, so Larry goes all on and on about how the second thank you basically covers that door and other ones within a certain direct time frame.

Yada....yada....yada.....hilarity ensues. Or in my case, the guy in front of me just kept walking.

I have no idea how these broadway things work. Is there any chance this is going to go to DVD or streaming? I probably won't make it to NY, although I'm tempted.

unlikely to ever be viewable legally outside of a theatre imo, though it's likely there will be an illegal cam version floating around at some point.

See I only give one thank you regardless of how many doors. Sometimes ill give the thank you at the first door, but sometimes I will wait and give the thank you after all doors have been held open.

i watched a couple of episodes on a plane recently for the first time in a long time. it was the episode where larry gets the massage and stops the happy ending midway through. i woke up the guy 2 seats away from me by laughing at the 'pa...pa...PA..st...st..STA..STAHPPP!' bit.
